The lady who took my order was extremely nice. It went downhill from there.Waited over 10 minutes for 2 double cheese, fries and a Big Red. Didn't complain because I knew the food would be hot and fresh. IT WAS NOT!!!! Big Red was the only thing on point.

Placed a mobile order that took an hour to complete at home because of problems with the app and when we got there they said they didn't have it then questioned me as if I was stupid before they figured out they did have the order but never made it.. Eventually we got food an hour after the time it was supposed to be ready. I asked if they could throw in a fry or soda for the major inconvenience but they laughed and walked away.. I had a party of 6 and there were no other customers. Ridiculous place.

Wouldnt take a homeless person here to eat. They spend more time talking then cooking the food. It was me and another car and the drive thru and the lobby was empty not one soul in the lobby. Ordered two sliders and sat in drive thru for 20 mins before pulling off. The whole place to be demolished.

worst location I've ever been to.forget the awful coca cola fountain, you'll be lucky to even get a cup. granted, the only fast food I've ever worked was pizza delivery, but I can't comprehend why this location is so slow/inattentive. if I owned this franchise, I'd either fire my entire staff or close shop.
