Pull in the parking lot of this white castles. They were all standing outside smoking. The lobby was filthy dirty. It's stunk in there. The young man came in did not wash his hands. And act like he was high as a kite, terrible food wasn't covered?The whole restaurant was a mess.It's a shame that I live right down the street from there, and I have to go ten to fifteen minutes out of my way to get better service and it is sad that white castles doesn't taste the way that it used to taste. It has really went down

I haven't had a White Castle burger in years. It did not disappoint. I used the drive-thru while visiting Louisville Kentucky. My order was taken immediately, I just wanted one burger as we were going out to dinner later that evening. The gentleman who took my order of course offered fries or a beverage, which I declined. He cheerfully told me my total and told me to pull around. I was handed a bag with my culinary delight. It had been so long since I had a White Castle burger. The smell of the grilled onions rose from the bag as I opened the top, I removed the small tasty delight from is small white container, the bun was so soft and you could feel the freshness of it all. The first bite was heaven. It was perfect, the meat, the cheese, the onion all hot and ready to be consumed. I was over joyed after all these years, it was like yesterday, and I enjoyed every little bite. Oh, White Castle, I have so missed you. Can't say what the inside was like, but the drive thru was quick and efficient, friendly staff and great food.

I hadn't been home to Louisville in almost 4 years and the first place I stopped was White Castles because there are none in Kansas. WC needs to bring WC back to Kansas.

Never go here last 3 times asked for no pickle have gotten the whole tub. Also order cheese burgers and get none manager is combative when you say something and they all just laugh and ignore you. Spend your money somewhere else and let's get this place closed

I always go through the drive through when I go here. And I must say it's not one of the fastest drive-throughs. If you don't want to wait a while this probably not the White castles you want to go to. I will give them that they do always get my order correct. I think in all the years I've been going here they've only got my order wrong twice. 👍

Hamburgers cold , onion rings twice fried to death 6 in an order, ordered mozzarella sticks and got 3 cold no sauce. The place has gone to hell. Will go to rallys down the street next time for a burger at night
