If I could give this a zero I would. I just had the nastiest burger I’ve ever had in my life at the Fern Valley location in Louisville. It tasted very nasty and I also I asked for no pickle and I tasted pickle so all they did was take pickles off the burger. Gross! Good thing I’m not allergic to them. Clean your grill. That’s the problem. I’ve tried several locations around Louisville and they’re always horrible. You would think this location would be delicious because it sits right off the highway and has more traffic. I literally had to throw them away. Not to mention they burned my onion rings. The only one I’ve ever gotten a half way decent burger from was the one off the highway at the Elizabethtown KY exit. To top it all off, they burned my onion rings. Lesson learned. I’ll never eat at one here again. I’m tired of having to throw my food away, wasting money and still being hungry.

Very sketchy location. Abandoned hotel behind the store seemed to have some questionable characters walking around. But food and service were great!

Because of a festival that was in town, the weight was rather long. However, that being said, the lady that was taken care of the customers was amazing. We had to wait a while, 30 minutes or longer, but she held her composure and she took care of every single customer I don't know if she was a manager but if she isn't she should be. I worked in the restaurant business for 17 years, and I have to say, she is a pro. If she is not currently a manager then she deserves a raise. Do not lose her as an employee. Take care of her. She was an African-American woman, older. When I come back to Louisville I will be stopping by and asking for her!

Went to the White Castle on Outer Loop around 9pm and the guy at the window had a terrible attitude. Super rude. We had two separate orders. We asked for condiments for the first order and he didn't give any, we asked again and he said he put them in the 2nd order bag, with an attitude. We had to ask for addition condiments for the 2nd bag. I don't know what happened to him him before we got there but he should not be in customer service. Thank God the food was pretty good.

This is the worst White Castle in Louisville Ky. It takes forever to get thru the drive-thru even if your the only car in line. The food is usually cold when you get it. GO TO THE OUTER LOOP WHITE CASTLE this one sucks.
