All in all is a pretty bad experience I purchased one of their new French toast sandwiches the sausage egg and cheese it wasn't too bad the egg with cold the sausage versus a little bit warm and the bread that was supposed to taste like French toast did not taste like anything just taste like mushy bread and it was way too small the picture makes it look like a much bigger sandwich than what it is and it cost more Linda regular toaster sandwich all in all it was pretty disappointing...

Employees always seem friendly but the wait at this particular White Castles drive thru at the speaker and then again at the window is absolutely dreadful. Have to wait around 5 minutes at each spot usually every time I go to this location.

Customer service I received at the drive thru was unacceptable. So I asked to speak with a manager. I was told I needed to come inside the building to speak with the manager, so they could get to the cars behind me. Manager that was on duty at 3pm today I wouldn't have to write this review or come inside if you were training your employees to prioritize customers over chit chat time with their coworkers distracting them from doing their job effectively.
