Kaitlyn was fantastic - there was a communication error from my end and the manager wanted to ensure that my meal was to my liking, regardless of whose mistake it was. We also enjoyed hearing the team get pepped up for the start of their shift - it makes a difference in the customer services received by the employees.

Excellent service and the food was delicious. Bonnie provided great communication when we contacted her in advance for a group of 15 and when we asked to arrive early, she made it happen. Definitely recommend!

We stopped for breakfast, and I was blown away! Our waitress was busy setting up for a large group, so we ended up sitting for a short time. Then, a manager came over, apologized, took our drink orders, and gave us a complimentary cinnamon roll. It was the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. Their brewed coffee is better than most breakfast restaurants, and the mocha and pumpkin spiced latte were both terrific. I ordered the Apple Boubon Crepes with a side of the special-of-the-day grits, which had a tasty pepper flavor. They were the best grits I've ever tasted, hands down. Our waitress was well dressed, her makeup was tasteful, and she was southern-sweet. If we visit Louisville again, we will DEFINITELY eat here again. I didn't get a chance to grab a picture of the cinnamon roll or my crepes because they were so good, we just dug right in! LOL!

Did call ahead seating, went to check at the counter with two gentleman who didn't have call ahead seating and were told 20 to 30 min. I check in at the counter and was told just a few minutes and the two gentleman that checked in from of us were called immediately. So, your call ahead process isn't very efficient.

Let me start with I understand that customers are seated in an effort to evenly distribute them among servers. However, it's seems that there needs to be some situational awareness and sensitivity training here. When a customer comes in walking slowly with a cane and is the lead past many open tables near the door, around behind the hostess stand and then past ~ 8 empty tables to the farthest table from the door, all with the customer exclaiming how far they were being lead. The 'hostess' should be able to change their table. The restaurant was probably only 10% filled at the time. And then imagine the surprise when the 'hostess' got to the table and said she would be our server. Seems like she just wanted another table. On top of that when we commented about how far she brought us, she just laughed a little and said 'Well you're getting your steps in". Then when the customer finally got back to the table from the restroom which was all the way back up front and was in some visible discomfort the server again laughed and said " You're getting your steps in today."
