If I can give it a zero I would, I went to pick up my order and they have drive thru window. I swear to god the girl that was making the pizza was not wearing gloves, and PICKING her nose and FLINGING the booger randomly into the air. Best part was she saw that I saw her, so she went and used the hand sanitizer after she saw the shock on my face..............

I've been ordering pizza from pizza Hut for years. I had enough points to get a free pizza, and I am glad I saved it because what I wanted to fix to eat today, unfortunately no one in the house likes (chickpea burgers). So, instead of having to cook 2 different meals, I decided that today would be a good day to get the free pizza. I love the veggie pizza but my baby loves the pepperoni and sausage, so that's what was ordered. I ordered online, went into the grocery store and by the time I got done grocery shopping, the pizza was ready for pick up. I never had any issues with pizza hut. The transactions have always been easy and food has always been ready in a timely manner.

Ive been to Pizza Hut countless times over all those years. I never had an issue and the people are always friendly . They started it nice and a good little delivery system at a good carry out window we could just pull your car right up in there and they would hand you your pizzas so I really enjoyed this Pizza Hut it's unfortunate it's got some negative reviews on here I had it probably about a month ago and I didn't have any issues then either so I mean it Pizza Hut number one chain Pizza in America it's not my favorite pizza in the world but it's not terrible I give it 3 out of 5 stars

worst place I've been to, the manager is rude. They charged me $5 more because they got my order mixed up and I had to pay more for them to change it

The hell with this place .. Rude service and the place was filthy with toilet paper and cigarette butts all over the floor. Talked to management and they were worse then the team member employees

Poor poor survice took us 40 mins just to order our food! Then another 30 mins to get our food. Plus you couldn't use your card causes it was down for another 20mins.
