I’ve tried to give this location a chance for the third time and I’m just got going back. The sauces are good on the wings, but the chicken itself is disgusting. It had a sour smell to it and the texture was off. They drown that nasty ahh chicken in sauce to disguise how foul that chicken is. 🤢🤮

I've been going here for some years now this is the only place I will eat wings from, and im a very know customer in this store but the last 2 times I've been there my wings were naked and they put the sauce on the side, but the workers know how i like my wings with either buffalo bliss or hot shot and whichever sauce I get on my wings I get the other flavor on side but this has happened twice to me and im not a happy customer right now....

The reception is bad and there is no cleanliness in the bathroom
Me and the boys got there at 10:20-10:30 last night after playing futbol and we thought we would be okay eating inside as they close at 12am and we always leave tip. They told us we could not eat inside even tho they still had more than an hour till close ,wing stop always lets us eat there even if we show up 30 mins before close .So this outrageous and the African American working up front snapped at me saying “what did you not understand about this is what the general manager said” because I asked him if we can please just eat there as we will be tipping. The food was okay with the fries being the best thing and the only guy that treated us well was the white gentleman working in the back.As a small buisness owner this is not the way I would treat a customer that is paying $50+ dollars which is what is paying your checks. We ended up having to eat outside in the cold which is very rude.

Wonderful food and service. I would advise that the establishment be either more staffed or temporarily adjust their hours for the Louder than Life festival. A lot of orders are coming in very late at night and the staff is very stressed.
