I tend to be picky about my food. My spouse and I are new to Kentucky,and The food is da bomb, thank you Sarah for making us a delicious 😋 dinner. We will become regular and I highly recommend this spot. YUMMY 😋🤤 I'm still a returning customer 😜 I'm now a regular.

On the night of 6/14/2025 my husband and I were hosting a small gathering and decided to get wings from Wing Zone. Upon arriving at the store and attempting to place an order for 50 wings he was met with frustration by the employee. He says the young lady became so incensed that he decided to just cancel the order. My husband and I have both previously worked in food service so we understand how it can be tough.
We ended up going down the street to Wingstop and they were able to accommodate our order with no problem.

Monday thru Thursday SUCKS. Expect to find one employee busting ass, working both sides of the counter. The owners seem to train one employee at a time and then expect them to do counter service, cooking, and whatever other cleaning and managerial duties are required. Until ownership shares the wealth and stops working their employees beyond what is reasonable, I will take my business to the other 30 chicken spots on Dixie Highway. The food is always spot on, its chicken wings so of course it isn't rocket science... but seeing one man working to cover 3 jobs has turned me off of the entire brand. This isn't how you are supposed to operate a franchise in a competitive market - you should strive to be the best. Thats why y'all lose to Wing Stop, Roosters, Zaxby's and every other chicken business around you. They have employees - you don't.

Absolutely loved my first visit to Wing Zone! The boneless wings were fire—perfectly cooked with incredible flavor—and the fries were amazing, crispy, and seasoned just right. I’m already planning to come back at least once a month, and honestly, if I weren’t on a diet, I’d be here way more often. Can’t recommend this place enough! 5 stars all the way.
