I had an amazing dining in experience here recently, and decided to do takeout. I ordered the fiery lime and bbq chicken because I enjoyed them my last visit. Unfortunately when I received them they were barely sauced. Some of the wings were almost completely plain. It was extremely frustrating because the food isn’t cheap, and I was hoping to get the same stellar service I received last time. This visit was underwhelming, or honestly just disappointing. I wish they put the same love and care into carry outs as they did for dine in.

My chicken tasted like microwaved chicken nuggets from a grocery store. They were also soggy and nasty and my fries were undercooked. Overall I’d compare it to dog food TERRIBLE!! I couldn’t even finish my meal because how BAD it was. I want my $17.59 back!

My wings tasted nasty and were drenched in oil and my fries were undercooked. I got garlic parm and my parm was only on 3 out of 10 wings that I got.

I like to order here cause their wings are good and they have good deals last time my fries were cold this time they were cold then I was missing 5 wings and I got the corn and it had Cajun seasoning on it instead of parmesean seasoning and the wings definitely need a little more sauce the dry rub needs more too

Nastiest wing stop in the city! RESTAURANT DIRTY, guy cooking look nasty dirty kept walking off to the back A MESS! They messed up BOTH times I went to this location, I’m a regular customer just not at this location I love Wing Stop highlands store is my GO2! But this store here will be closed soon it’s gross I feel sick just thinking about the food. Went right before closing three different orders a they were ALL TRIFLING! 2:00a bags on my backseat FLOOR which they’ll ALL 3 be right through Wing Stop’s door tomorrow!

How are my wings smaller then chicken nuggets from McDonald’s and they cost 12 dollars. Like literally are their wings supposed to be this small??? Like what? Also the people looked like they hated me for ordering. But tbh if you hate working that ain’t my fault. Flies everywhere too. Very disappointing, I wish I could return everything but I’m already at home. How am I supposed to know to check inside the wing box before I leave. I put my fork next to the wings for a comparison.

Good was dry, and just tasteless we order a 30 pack and they were so hard we couldn’t eat them and no taste wasted my money. Fries soggy now the cheese fries and boneless wings were ok but I will never give this place another dime wished I could get my money back they need to close down with that nasty food

The food is always, good service is always horrible. This time I placed a order at 11:28am to be picked up at 6:30pm. The game starts at 7. Only had two orders for 10 piece boneless combos. Get there, and they haven't even started my order. Then the girl had the nerve to get smart and keep giving me dirty looks. Then she goes to a girl cooking and asked her to get my order together. The guy who came out from the back was a little nicer, but not much, but he tried. Didn't get my order until 6:48pm. Get in the car, the fries are cold. Not warm, but cold. Then I look at my ticket, it says I placed my order at 6:12pm, and that i hasn't paid. Which i food when i placed the order. I guess trying to cover their mistake. I'm over this place. They need to do better. Cause this ain't it.

Ordered a 20 piece meal deal got the wrong order tried to get the right order and the manager told me that there’s nothing she can do until the Gm comes in so here I am not to mention they was extremely rude and rolled their eyes when I said that my order was wrong in the first place
