I’m not sure what’s up with the food places in Louisville, but they are TERRIBLE! Not only did I wait 25 minutes for a 6 piece combo, when no one was in line in front of me, but they had the nerves to sit my fries in a regular carton try, on top of my box of wings. If this is a norm, why would you leave French fries in a bag to spill all over, and not place them in a container concealing the beat, as well?! The lady asked if I wanted fresh fries, but why would I order fresh fries for them to get cold again, if you’re not going to put them in a container? And furthermore, you all have used my entire lunch break for this! The food was also not pleasant…..Bardstown Rd. Location

I stopped there for lunch today. There was no one in line when I got there and I placed my order for a 6 piece combo. A lady came in after me and placed a very large order, which she received before I got mine. 20+ minutes for 6 wings and an order of fries is absolutely absurd. The rude person taking orders never apologized or offered any explanation as to why there was such a severe delay in getting my food or why someone that placed a large order after me, received their food before me. The chicken wasn't hot and you could tell it has been sitting for a while.

I got take out here and the chicken is good and juicy. The slice levels are good and the sides are yummy. Particularly liked the little Cajun corn, that was delightful.
Ordered delivery. While the food came in a. Timely manner, I got the wrong drink, they shorted me on the number of wings ordered, and the wings I received were not cleaned properly (feathers still attached and dried with them). Called up to complain and get my money back and the guy told me I had to drive and bring them back to him. What? I ordered delivery. Send me the correct food, dude. Absolute bull. Do not order from here.

My order was wrong. I called back up there instead of the young man trying to make it right he wanted to get smart with me telling me he didn’t cook the food. He just takes orders and he works the cash register. It was my first time visiting Wingstop on Hurstbourne.
