I got food poisoning last night and Itried to get a refund & they told me I had to bring the food back up there.. that makes no sense… im definitely calling corporate on this location theres always something wrong here.. they do anything right.. n always mess up orders ..

I typically don't write reviews unless my experience is pretty bad, and I will say, I will never order wings from Wingstop again for pickup or delivery. They advertised free delivery on a Saturday, I ordered a decently sized order for delivery and was never provided tracking information, just a confirmation email for my order and expected delivery time. I waited until the order was about 30 mins late and called the store to ask about the status of the order and was told that it was picked up by the driver and they were not sure of when it would be delivered, but to keep waiting. Another 30-45 mins passed and we called again to be told that they guessed the order was probably stolen by the Dasher and they would just talk to the GM and issue me a refund. We asked if they could just re-make the order for us to pickup and were told no, we had to place the order again. We placed the same exact order for pickup, no issues, and was keeping an eye out for my refund. I called the store on Monday to confirm my refund and spoke to the GM who let me know he would look into it and give me a call in 20 mins. 2 hours passed so I called back and was basically told the order was delivered by door dash and that there was nothing they could do. I had to fight door dash myself if I wanted the refund, even though the GM said he was looking at the picture proof the order was delivered, he wouldn't send it to me and could provide no identifying information that the order was delivered to the correct location. I then called Door Dash after I was advised to by the store who said they couldn't help me with refund, they let me know that wasn't right and connected me to Wingstop customer service who said they would have leadership give me a call. Never received a call two days later and so I called once again for an update. Representative let me know that it would take 4 business days for the escalation to go through. So here I am, paid twice for the same order, and only received one with so much back and forth, I am exhausted of dealing with this business.
I’m a DoorDash customer and order from here all the time because they cook up. I’ll order at like 11 o’clock and it still gets there warm and they always give me extra wings. Tonight I got like 7 ranches for free

I don't get what everyone likes about this place. No one is ever happy to serve you food and the food lacks effort. The boneless wings have a breading that's like fazolis or pizza hut. The chicken itself they don't trim so you get cartilage and fat. One piece was almost all fat. It's quite misleading in the advertisements. The cost for what you get is definitely not worth it. The fries though they were better than most other places in the area. I did not finish my plate nor did my friend that ate with me. The only thing I completely finished was my strawberry lemonade and that was just out of a machine and I was thirsty. All in all I will go anywhere else for wings.

Do not order DoorDash from this location. The wings were good but they were wrong in every way - bone-in when I ordered boneless, wrong sauces, and was cheaped out of 10 wings. The Shelbyville Rd one is worth your $, not this one.

Wingstop is a good treat once in a while. I love their garlic parm. Boneless or bone in both good. The workers here are friendly.
Second time now, the ranch in our combo and the ones we paid extra for weren’t in our delivery. We come for the ranch. I’m not eating their food without it. So disappointing

Not impressed
The BBQ sauce was way too hot. I wanted to bring the kids so I tried it first. I'm so glad I did. The fries were kinda chewy.... And the Coke Freestyle machine makes everything taste like you mixed Sprite in your drink , disgusting...

Worst WingStop experience EVER! Rude team members, quality of food did not meet value paid and the fact that they charge you for water is pretty ridiculous! Would never recommend anyone visit this store, drive a little further and find a different WingStop!

Wingstop on Westport road is one of my favorite spots. It’s always clean and has great service. The manager Anthony on second shift that goes by Tony always makes sure my food is correct and makes sure everything goes out in a timely manner. Alejandro is another great worker on second shift always working hard. Anthony and Alejandro are a great team and always give a great experience. Another hard worker I appreciate is the GM Jose. There are so many great workers in general on second shift and I definitely recommend anyone who likes Wingstop to come out on the location on Westport road.
This is my favorite location. The food is always hot and fresh. The dining room is always clean. The manager Anthony and the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially when new flavors come out.
