I’m a DoorDash customer and order from here all the time because they cook up. I’ll order at like 11 o’clock and it still gets there warm and they always give me extra wings. Tonight I got like 7 ranches for free

I don't get what everyone likes about this place. No one is ever happy to serve you food and the food lacks effort. The boneless wings have a breading that's like fazolis or pizza hut. The chicken itself they don't trim so you get cartilage and fat. One piece was almost all fat. It's quite misleading in the advertisements. The cost for what you get is definitely not worth it. The fries though they were better than most other places in the area. I did not finish my plate nor did my friend that ate with me. The only thing I completely finished was my strawberry lemonade and that was just out of a machine and I was thirsty. All in all I will go anywhere else for wings.

Do not order DoorDash from this location. The wings were good but they were wrong in every way - bone-in when I ordered boneless, wrong sauces, and was cheaped out of 10 wings. The Shelbyville Rd one is worth your $, not this one.

Not impressed The BBQ sauce was way too hot. I wanted to bring the kids so I tried it first. I'm so glad I did. The fries were kinda chewy.... And the Coke Freestyle machine makes everything taste like you mixed Sprite in your drink , disgusting...

Wingstop on Westport road is one of my favorite spots. It’s always clean and has great service. The manager Anthony on second shift that goes by Tony always makes sure my food is correct and makes sure everything goes out in a timely manner. Alejandro is another great worker on second shift always working hard. Anthony and Alejandro are a great team and always give a great experience. Another hard worker I appreciate is the GM Jose. There are so many great workers in general on second shift and I definitely recommend anyone who likes Wingstop to come out on the location on Westport road.

I was beyond disappointed with the service provided. I door-dashed wingstop and noticed immediately i made a mistake and called the store. I spoke to Jose, who I believe was one of the rudest people I have dealt with before. I made a mistake and tried to fix it and he made the biggest deal out of it making me feel horrible. I even offered to add to my order if switching was an issue. I ordered 5 boneless wings rather than 5 bone in. I will NEVER order from this location again. The food was okay but the service was horrific!

I ordered the corn on the cob with fry seasoning. They made it with the Cajun seasoning. I asked if they could remake it because it was too spicy for my daughter. The dude took the corn from me, and dumped it in the fryer. The food that had already left the counter, that we touched. That we took a bite out of. And he put that food back in the fryer and then put new seasoning on it and handed it back to me.

Restaurant has been clean every time I’ve been. The food is always hot, although sometimes it feels saltier than others. The only downside is I’m not a huge fan of the fries they aren’t bad but a little crispier and they would be really good either way it’s a solid spot imo.

They have plenty of seating for their guests and this location is always clean. It is always a pleasure to visit.
