Wingstop on Westport road is one of my favorite spots. It’s always clean and has great service. The manager Anthony on second shift that goes by Tony always makes sure my food is correct and makes sure everything goes out in a timely manner. Alejandro is another great worker on second shift always working hard. Anthony and Alejandro are a great team and always give a great experience. Another hard worker I appreciate is the GM Jose. There are so many great workers in general on second shift and I definitely recommend anyone who likes Wingstop to come out on the location on Westport road.

I was beyond disappointed with the service provided. I door-dashed wingstop and noticed immediately i made a mistake and called the store. I spoke to Jose, who I believe was one of the rudest people I have dealt with before. I made a mistake and tried to fix it and he made the biggest deal out of it making me feel horrible. I even offered to add to my order if switching was an issue. I ordered 5 boneless wings rather than 5 bone in. I will NEVER order from this location again. The food was okay but the service was horrific!

I ordered the corn on the cob with fry seasoning. They made it with the Cajun seasoning. I asked if they could remake it because it was too spicy for my daughter. The dude took the corn from me, and dumped it in the fryer. The food that had already left the counter, that we touched. That we took a bite out of. And he put that food back in the fryer and then put new seasoning on it and handed it back to me.

Restaurant has been clean every time I’ve been. The food is always hot, although sometimes it feels saltier than others. The only downside is I’m not a huge fan of the fries they aren’t bad but a little crispier and they would be really good either way it’s a solid spot imo.

Always a friendly, and prompt greeting from their staff members. There's usually background music playing over their speakers and sporting or sports television playing on their monitors. They have plenty of seating for their guests and this location is always clean. It is always a pleasure to visit.

Chicken was ehhhh. Issue was with the order. Forgot all my ranch sides, ordered bone in got what equated to were dressed up chicken nuggets very disappointing

I just went and got 40 all flat fried hard and 3 boneless combos. I ain’t gone lie food was on point ready when I got there and fire when I got home. 10 out of 10 will try again thank to the cashier ever smooth and efficient.

The place has made a complete turnaround, service was very good, and the food was delicious.
Amazing food. I always enjoy getting boneless original hot wings and fries, which are great! Below average service, however, normally taking about 15-30 minutes to bring out smaller orders. One thing besides service is dislike is that another container of ranch is not free. It is $2. Not worth it, which is unfortunate considering how great their food is!
Vegetarian options: No vegetation options, besides fries.
Parking: Not much parking. Small lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily assessable with handicap spots.

The food was great but my experience was not! I went to the location on Westport and I had place a mobile pick up order. The man cashier was on the phone so I was waiting my turn. He gets off the phone and helps someone that came in after me and he didn’t even acknowledge me. None of the employees acknowledged me or asked what I needed! I will not be going back to this location!! I have never felt so unseen at a restaurant in my life.
