Stole money from us. Was supposed to give us 27 bucks back and then gave us 23 back. For a work trip I had to get a receipt. We mistakenly order classic when we were going for boneless. Didn’t realize until the transaction was done and then when they voided the order they were supposed to give us 27 and some change back. Checked the account and we got 23 back.

The store opens at 11am. We were there around 12:20pm. We waited about 30-35 min for our food. I ordered Louisiana Rub classic wings. Other than a couple of specks on some of the chicken, you would not know there was any seasoning on them. There was no seasoning in the bottom of the box as there generally is when using dry rub. The guy taking the orders came back and added seasoning on them to my liking. The wings had a weird oil taste to them. Like the oil didn't heat to proper temp before dropping the wings in. If you have ever reheated fries in the microwave, that is the taste of the fries. They were clumped together. Ketchup did nothing to help. I ended up throwing them away. Also, no trash can in sight. The restaurant itself looks nice though. Food- 2stars for reasons described. Service- 3 stars because the guy taking the orders was on his phone at the same time. I'm assuming maybe he is the owner. The other two ladies working didn't speak English so when I had a question about the seasoning I had to wait for one to get the guy's attention in their native language. 5- atmosphere because no one was in there that early and it was clean.

Manager Jose claims he did not speak with me about our order for our teams holiday dinner. I go to pick up 15 min before my scheduled time and 35 min before our holiday party and they have nothing ready or even knew we were coming. So someone is just pretending to be you and promising things? Then when I wanted to order was told it would be 30 min before they even could start on our order so that ruined the night. Very unhappy with that team and the way he handled this.Parking: way too many shops in the plaza that are not quick in and outs to have no spots.

We ordered wings for Door dash to deliver but a driver was not available. We had to go into the store to pick up the order which was no big deal but the wings were dry and disgusting. We threw them away and did not even eat them they were that bad. Worst food ever.

Requested extra seasoning on fries and it's like they put no seasoning on them. Fries were cold and extremly soft like they hadn't been cooked.

Customer service to say the least is the worst I've experienced in years. The person who took my order was not happy to be there and lacked literal CUSTOMER SERVICE qualities. I accidentally made a mistake while ordering (it was the first thing I was ordering) and he had the worst attitude about it and acted AS IF I had changed the order AFTER completing my order. He didn't even possess the qualities to say something like "I have that down, what else would you like?" So the whole time I'm ordering, I stand there cluelessly until he glares at me to continue. I'm unsure why he was being so rude especially because I know I wasn't being a rude/inconsiderate customer whatsoever. Safe to say I probably will never order from Wingstop again just because of the horrible customer service.The food is good though, they messed up my order a bit but that happens considering they got most of it right. I don't recommend going in person to order AT ALL. Wingstop isn't popular for their customer service (clearly) and you should save yourself from the bad customer service and time by ordering online (if you choose to eat from here).

Wings are decent. Fries would be amazing if they werent ALWAYS served soggy and cold. Also, the 1.69 for 1 small ranch is ridiculous.

I just spent over $100 on a large order for two families… I checked my order before leaving and the wings were very dry so I asked for two small cups of Buffalo sauce and the manager insisted that I pay $1.69 per cup… I told him the wings are dry and if they weren’t dry I wouldn’t need the sauce… a nice young man inside the store came up to the counter and said he would pay for my two cups of sauce… that was TOTALLY besides the point, the wings were dry… so, the manager Jose said he would give me the sauces for free… I asked him who his boss was and he told me to call Eddie or corporate. I asked my daughter to take a picture of the sign on the wall where corporates phone number was and he said “if you are going to call corporate, I’m not giving you the sauce!” … I said “okay, that’s fine.” We left without any extra sauce. I really wanted to leave the food and demand a refund… if it wasn’t for my sister’s family waiting for us to bring food, I would have. NO RESPECT! These people are out of control over $1.69 x 2 and didn’t even try to make it right that they were serving DRY wings on a $100+ order. I will NEVER come back to this location because of JOSE.

Very salty and overcooked lemon pepper wings. Had to try to brush some salt off. Fries were tasty. Dirty and sticky tables. One roll of paper towels up front to share with everyone else. Nothing special at all. Buffalo Wild Wings is much better.

This is the second time I've tried this place. The first time was so horrific that I was convinced it had to be a fluke. But alas, this time was actually worse (although I'm still trying to figure out how that was possible. I was at the Westport road location (both times). I asked for 8 wings and a large soft drink. I swear to you, I could catch a chicken, kill it, pluck it and cook it quicker than these folks . I literally waited over 30 minutes for my order. And no there were only two of us waiting. They had five workers who were doing nothing. How can it take that long for 8 wings at a WINGS PLACE? It would be different if the food here was good, but saying it was mediocre is really stretching it. No more for me. I'm totally done with this place. What a waste of real estate. I'm done.
