My son’s wings were soggy and a few of them weren’t anything really no bigger than the width of my finger and basically was just batter. Definitely not worth the price

Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

GOOD NEWS--Fresh food worth waiting for. Little pricey for some I would imagine. BAD NEWS- ONE of the 3 employees working on the line SNEEZED OPENLY ALL OVER EVERYTHING ON THE LINE.. and never covered his mouth...Manager was a few tables away. Didn't acknowledge or train the appropriate way to handle sneezing..in a restaurant

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
Really good place to go grab a bite to eat, great employees there that make you feel welcomed.

I ordered boneless wings from this location and got a weird surprise. There was an extra piece of chicken in the box with a small bite already taken out of it. It honestly felt like someone in the kitchen made themselves a snack and accidentally tossed it in with my food.
When I called, the employee just said they don’t eat chicken, which didn’t really explain anything. Then the manager got on the phone and said she personally watched every order being made and even bagged mine herself. That was hard to believe, especially since when I picked up my order, I only saw one person at the front and someone cooking. There was no manager in sight. She also said it probably looked like a bite because sometimes the chicken breaks in their packaging and cooks that way. GTFOH. That makes zero sense.
If you’re cool with possibly sharing your meal with the staff, this is the place to go. Otherwise, I’d probably look elsewhere.

Called to complain about a bite taken out of my food from a pickup order, the manager tried to gaslight me n say it was just how the chicken was cooked. Last time we ordered delivery and the driver stole our food. With their current record, Idk yall tell me..

I will never order from you again! I have ordered delivery, I have ordered pick up. Every single time there is something missing. And the employees are always extremely rude! If my kids hadn’t requested it, I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m furious that I just spent over $60 and I’m missing half of my order!
