Wings are fair at best for a chicken place that all they do is wings. Very limited sauces you can have your wings rolled in, very disappointing when compared to BW3 or even Pizza Hut has better wings! Yes I said it.The chicken sandwiches are terrible for a chicken place, they are more like processed chicken like the McChicken at a higher cost.Nothing premium quality like chic fila, Popeyes, etc

They don’t tell you the wait time until you’re almost finish paying. When you ask to cancel the payment, they still take the money. Haven’t gotten my refund, they say it’s up to your bank even if it’s Apple Pay and even if you’re cordial with the general manager she will be rude and go to the back of the store to ignore the issue.

The people working were kind and the place was very clean. However, when eating the wings all I tasted was grease. I could smell it as soon as I opened the box. Almost like the oil hadn’t been changed in awhile. The fry’s are unevenly cook and not crispy.

We loved the Boneless Wings Meal Deal. Great price and good amount of food for two people. We love the Louisiana and the Hot Honey rubs.The fries weren't the best, they were okay. I would like them if they were crispier.The service was good. We ordered ahead and picked up.Overall we were a fan of Wingstop each time we've been there.

Poor customer service. Late on order by 30 minutes so make sure you have plenty of time to wait. No sence of urgency to.get ahead. Cashier was awesome. The rest sucked. No care in the world. Food under cooked and could get ya sick. Stay way from here.

I love wingstop!! i've been looking to find the perfect wingstop with the most consistency and this is one of them for me so far!! I get an 8 piece boneless combo half Louisiana rub half parmesan w ranch! and recently i've been getting the voodoo fries which i love. I asked for my boneless wings to be crispy and they were crispy!! and my voodoo fries were dressed PERFECTLY!! My order was ready as i arrived and it was fresh! (side note): as someone who also door dashes occasionally, i never get the bigger drink cup i order when the driver picks it up. Idk how to help the situation with receiving the order. Maybe asking to read the order or maybe it's them just asking for a drink cup and not specifying the size??

rude, demanding, always messing up food, don’t care about their employees, take too long when they don’t have many orders, bad customer service, no cleanliness, constantly messing up orders which doubles my wait time, ignorant and impatient with those who cannot understand their language.
I would not recommend this. They do not have adequate French fry boxing for to go. Chicken of any sort seems to be under drained of grease as the flavoring sauce seems to be separated by grease. I did not receive a cup for a drink which we ordered (maybe my fault, my wife ordered??) which I drove back for. I asked for a comp of a ranch dressing cup and was told they cannot do that. Bad customer support. We will not be back. It seems like if your reviews were so bad you would try to make things better. Three strikes.
