placed a order online at 12:30 (Friday) when i went to receive my order they then informed me i couldn’t have it after already waiting. did get a refund back online but poor experience to be standing outside the building and then be told i can’t have my food smh

Put it in your pocket
Memorize the customer name and order information
Walk up like a penal customer
They are ready to get that $$$ so they come right up and ask you for your order

Otherwise they complexly ignore you
No hi how r u ..nothing
You are not a priority

The customer you are delivering for they don’t see so you are not important

Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Just left grandson ordered combo 6 wings 3 barbecue 3 KDR needless to say he only had 3 barbecue wings and fries I called when we got home she said oh you want to come back up here I said hell no I will go on Dixie now on maybe if she wasn't carrying on conversation with help in kitchen she would have noticed
