Just left grandson ordered combo 6 wings 3 barbecue 3 KDR needless to say he only had 3 barbecue wings and fries I called when we got home she said oh you want to come back up here I said hell no I will go on Dixie now on maybe if she wasn't carrying on conversation with help in kitchen she would have noticed

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

Horrible will never order from this place the people are rude ...had to go back 3 times because they absolutely CANNOT GET A SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU CALL TO LET THEM KNOW THAT YOUR ORDER IS MESSED UP PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION AND GET THE HELL OUT OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!!! Ordered my food paid for it over the app and it declined my card but the money came out of my account. Then when I called they put my money back on my card. So I have never had a problem before. I think it’s a shame they took my money but didn’t take my order.

Every person behind the counter/ in the kitchen left and went outside for well over 15 minutes. I sat around waiting for my simple in person order and the phone rang (also for 15 minutes), the service was slow and sloppy. Anyone can be hired here I guess.
Edit: still waiting for my food for about 30 minutes. I went to the bathroom while waiting and there is soap all over the sink, urine in the toilet, water was left running and there is a W33D vape wrapper on the floor (im gonna say from the employees the way they were acting.)

I will never order from you again! I have ordered delivery, I have ordered pick up. Every single time there is something missing. And the employees are always extremely rude! If my kids hadn’t requested it, I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m furious that I just spent over $60 and I’m missing half of my order!
