Messed up my order TWICE on November 11th. Took all the way until today, December 3rd to receive both my refunds. Almost a month. And I wouldn't have gotten anything if I wasn't so persistent. Manager never called me back, I had to continuously bother him. Besides that night, everything I've ever ordered was perfect. Due to the lack of care when it comes to making things right, they'll lose my business forever.

My boyfriend walked into the store to pick up our mobile order. As we pulled off I checked the bag and realized a part of our order was missing. He immediately turned around without us even leaving the parking lot. It was 11:54pm. By time he walked up to the door, the lights were off, employees were gone with no way to rectify the problem... even though their store hours say they close at 12am. I understand we may have been the last order of the night, but the least they could've done was make sure the order was complete.

placed an order twice accidentally and called before they even started making it to see if they could refund my money for the 2nd order. I never received my refund. Insane -$80

I order food online via the wingstop website, paid with my card went to the store and when I got there they said that they didn’t have my order in there system, I proceeded to show my confirmation and my order an the stated there was nothing they can do, I asked for a refund of my money and they refused and called the police on me. Soon as the police got to the store they then decided to give me a refund

To be newly opened, this was by far the best Wingstop experience. Kendrick, the manager, had amazing customer service skills and the food was hot, fresh, and seasoned well. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff was consistently cleaning when not busy with orders.

Attention to details show at this location! Good Job to Kendrick and his team! Keep up the amazing work.

This was my 1st time at this location. The gentleman that was at the register had great customer service. My order on the other hand wasn’t the best. I didn’t order all drums but received all drums. The hot honey wings barely had any seasoning, they were plain wings. I ordered the chicken and fries well done but the fries weren’t well done.
