Ordered a pizza an an hour after ordering the tracker says it’s still being prepared. Trying to contact the store and that’s absolutely impossible. When you choose a selection it just rings and sends you back to the main menu. So we’ve never received our pizza and have been charged for it and can’t get in contact with anyone to correct it.

Little did I realize that you cannot go inside to pick up your carry out order now. It’s all curbside pickup or delivery. Simply stay in your car in the designated spots, call them to let know you are here and they will bring your order to you. The young staff member saw me go towards the door and offered to check on my order. She came out with it several minutes later. Good service and a special deal made it affordable. Pizza and wings were hot and filling. One of the better experiences recently.

Pizza has been par for the course. Unfortunately they're a bit slow even when ordering for a scheduled pickup time several hours in advance.

I can’t stand this Pizza Hut they have awful service they stopped delivering to my address after I complained on them because of the wait for delivery and the quality of food.I have gave them too many chances I started going to pick up my pizza which has been pretty ok till just this past week I ordered via mobile for in store pick up waited 1.5 -2 hours once I got there for my pizza was told that the monitors went down and they were short staffed and it was New Year’s Eve I walked in and a snotty boy was at the counter I asked for mgmt he rolled his eyes walked off was the most horrible experience ever and. Them finally when the manger comes she goes oh your pizza is ready now rude nasty didn’t offer a partial refund or anything acted like it was my problem I shouldn’t bother them they were busy. I can’t say I will ever be back

My family made a pit stop here after the Jack o Lantern Stroll. It was around 9p and Pizza Hut stays open until 11p. We spotted the delivery driver going in and out of the store but we were the only group sitting down to eat. Pizza Hut always has a pizza special of some sort and this time it was large orders of breadsticks. We got two orders for only $5! That's an awesome deal. We also got a medium extra cheese pizza and my parents ordered personal pans which had plenty of topping. No servers, which is fine for me. Order at the counter, pay and sit, grab a soda refill when needed. The pizza is basic but hit the spot for a late dinner with family.

They got the order right. It was ready when I got there and they were very polite. The pizza and breadsticks were much better this time. That’s a plus. Does it rival pizza in Chicago? No, but Pizza Hut is close to home and works until I can get back to the Windy City. And the online deals help, too.

On the night where no one wanted to go out, Pizza Hut came to the rescue. It was easy to place the order. The food was promptly delivered within 30 mns on a Saturday night, and more importantly, the food was still hot and very good. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for coming to the rescue.

This location is on the Dixie. Ive been to Pizza Hut countless times over all those years. I never had an issue and the people are always friendly . They started it nice and a good little delivery system at a good carry out window we could just pull your car right up in there and they would hand you your pizzas so I really enjoyed this Pizza Hut it's unfortunate it's got some negative reviews on here I had it probably about a month ago and I didn't have any issues then either so I mean it Pizza Hut number one chain Pizza in America it's not my favorite pizza in the world but it's not terrible I give it 3 out of 5 stars

Big hole in my pizza. It was over cooked and made wrong. That's all I need to say but yelps nonsense makes me right more. I regret giving this place another shot after my wife insisted upon it. I know it's only a few dollars but every time I come back I get disappointed then I leave and try to give it another chance. I'll just try valley next time.

After receiving an online delivery order on 11/1 at 11pm, I tried to order food from this New Cut location today at 11:30 am only to be told by KELLY that they don't deliver to this location. Come again now? She claimed they dont because of previous driver robberies but it's broad daylight now and you delivered 4 days ago in total darkness? She then refused to refund my money so now who is the one robbing whom? I asked for the corporate # and she purposely gave me the fax #. When I called back to get the actual complaint # she left me on hold for 7 minutes then said it was right, another employee gave me the corect # and apologized. It is unfortunate when you put undertrained, unprofessional people in postions they cant perform. I am wating for a response from corporate and an apology from this location's real management.

The food is decent but they have a racist vibe to them. I usually order regularly online and never had a problem them delivering to me but as soon as I made my order yesterday the manager called me with a lot of attitude saying that she doesn't deliver at all and they never delivered to my neighborhood because they had problems. I don't know what problems because I live in the safe neighborhood and other places like Domino's, Annie's Pizza, Chinese restaurants, etc do not have any problems delivering. The excuse that this manager gave the reason why they were delivered to me because of my address did not match up with the apartment complexes that I live in which are safe and the landlord is very strict of their tenants. So it's safe to say that she and her minions have a personal problem delivering in a black neighborhood.

We ordered earlier tonight and I am sick at both ends !!!! I never throw up, so if I do then I am very sick. Never again .... Their food is hazardous to your health.

Usually they are a bit more dependable. Today the pizza lacked enough sauce and it wasn’t as warm as in the past. Then there’s the chicken wings-chewy and somewhat bland today. Service was fine but this is the second time in a row that the order was subpar. I can only hope that this is just a couple of random bad experiences and they will be better next time.
