My review is consistent with other reviews: 4:00pm: Order pizza. 5:15 delivery time. no big deal 5:30pm: Door dash has picked up your order. 6:15pm estimated delivery time. 6:15pm: pizza arrives. completely wrong order. 6:20pm: call store repeatedly. No one answers the phone. I have tried multiple attempts to get a refund. No efforts have been made to issue a refund on a $50 order.

This pepperoni pizza taste like a dry breadstick where the sauce like eating the box it came in it’s a shame gas station now have better pizzas then this pizza chain

My delivery order was missing two items. The delivery guy said he would be back with those items. He never came back. I tried calling the store 5 TIMES! No one ever answered. I had to press the number to order something to reach an actual person who would apologize and say they’ll connect me to someone at the location, but they never did. I work very hard for my money. I expect to receive what I ordered and if you mess up, own up and make it right. Terrible customer service experience. I will not be returning as a customer. You got my money but I didn’t get my food.

Incorrectly order and then they transferred me 5 times to a busy signal that then hung up on me. Missing items cost me 7 bucks. Don’t waste your money at this location.

My pizzas were over 45 minutes past original promised delivery time. DoorDash driver had pizzas in his car for over 30 minutes. No one from restaurant would answer phone for me to ask about pizza location. Pizzas were cold and rubbery.

Food is good, but they always say food will be delivered at a certain time, then give the pizza to DoorDash and 30 min is added to the delivery time. Their delivery is awful and pizza is usually cold when DoorDash delivers.

So ive ordered here about 5 times now. Every single time the Pizzas burnt! I drive to mount washington to get my pizza hut because this one near home socks! They didn't even take off the 10 dollar vip coupon I gave them.

Delivery in 30 minutes. Follow instructions unlike Bearnos who just drop it at your door and leave it. Pizza Hut makes my pizza perfect every time ? This is the Springhurst location. 7/3/24 excellent service delivered promptly and pizza made perfectly great job!

ORDER #3240526182540001312036959 Waited two hours for my order called the store multiple times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Drove up to the store and they told me the order was canceled an hour ago. You couldn’t have called and told me? That’s wild. Will never go here again.

The pizza was cold. The Order was not complete. They refused to bring or refund a 2 liter Pepsi that was ordered. Door Dash said it wasn’t their fault and the brick and mortar store hung up after multiple times trying to contact them via phone (on my own and through customer service) Pizza Hut’s customer service is weak as well; they don’t have any power to do anything to help.
