“Old Bardstown Crossing location :: I’m from 2hrs away and wanted something new and different while visiting my grandmother. This was a very refreshing option in a slew of bigger restaurants! The portions are VERY generous and everything is made right in front of you. Clean eating and doesn’t sit heavy on you. The storefront was clean and the two workers on duty were nice and always working hard.“

Fresh chopped wide range of veggies, plus new, interesting dressings and the usual, makes a filling, satisfying new way to get the goodies of a great salad. “We brought our 7/8th grade basketball team in while traveling from out of state. The service here was GREAT !!! Staff were extremely helpful and nice, a smile never left their face. The food was amazing. Couldn’t talk more highly of this place.“

I actually left my phone at the table and didn't realize until about a hour later. When I got there they had put it away for me in a safe place. “My coworker and I went to order a soup and salad and left very disappointed. It was a rainy day, perfect for soup. Mind you, there is a Nopal right across that makes delicious soup. We could have gone there. But no, we decided to go come here even though it’s more expensive. We go in, they seemed to be very busy preparing a large order so we just stood in front of the line waiting for one of the employees to greet us. There were 4. Not one bothered to say, “ One of us will be right with you. Give us just a minute.” We waited a few minutes more until it just seemed disrespectful. Since it seemed like no one was going to acknowledge us we left and went to El Nopal. I’m giving the business 5 stars because I know how much it takes to bring your standing up when you get 1 star. My intention is not to hurt the business but to make the owner aware that your employees are giving potential customers a very bad customer experience. And at the end of the day, with so many options out there, I would be very interested in keeping my customers. This was on 10/27/25 at 2:28 approximately.“
