Nice enough place. Looks closed from the outside. Almost no raw real sushi. Lots of deep fried Luke warm sushi rolls full of cream cheese and covered mayonnaise sauce. "Redneck sushi". I guess it might be good for people who don't like real sushi.

My first time patronizing this sushi restaurant. I love sushi and decided to give it a try based on Google reviews. The service was great; however, I feel that the prices are too high and the food wasn't very good. I was a bit disappointed, to be honest. The rolls did not hold together. The fried chicken pattie that came with the Chicken Katsu entree tasted like it was a frozen pattie and the rice was overcooked. The tuna in the spicy tuna roll looked weird. There are soooooo many other (better) sushi restaurants in Louisville with better prices and higher quality sushi.

Somehow we ordered food and it was wrong and it turned out to be our fault. Even though the order was put in correctly somehow we didn't put our sushi rolls or the correct type of fried rice in the bag before it left the store. That's how we were treated as though it was our fault they couldn't follow simple directions and give us items that exist on the menu. We will never order from here again and neither will people we know. Thanks for nothing!

Great Sushi restaurant.... I had Meso Soup .... and a California roll... super tasty.... this was my second visit in three days.... Try it!!!... you will like it.... staff is very friendly!!.... So good... I just visited a 3rd time... and got the same thing..... Yummi Yummi is good for the tummy.

We have been on a quest for the best sushi in the city. We’ve tried a few options and decided to try another new restaurant. Enter Yummi Yummi Sushi. Located off Southland Drive, where I expect a variety of ethnic restaurants anyway, this space does not disappoint.we can on a mid Monday afternoon, and we’re seated promptly. We had excellent service. We ordered a veggie tempura and then some sushi rolls. I got the veggie roll which contained asparagus, cucumber, pickled radish, topped with gorgeous avocado. We also ordered a deep fried crispy roll. It had a lovely combination of cream cheese, avocado, red snapper, shrimp, crab and eel sauce. It was flavorful and a nice twist on sushi. Our service was excellent. It was a wonderful experience. I noticed a lot of to go orders,maybe for next time. There will be a next time.
