Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Great place to eat

This location has fine food but terrible service. Multiple times I have ordered here usually at lunch time. I got a chicken finger plate and was told to wait in a parking spot. Wait time was unacceptable. Probably 15-20 minutes. How does a chicken place not have chicken fingers and fries ready to serve?? This location needs to figure out how to operate.

This is the 2nd time my order was messed up the receipt says no tomatoes or bacon the receipt attached to the bag says that as well but there’s tomatoes on the salad anyway and when you call they’re solution is come back really do yall not know how expensive gas is and then they try to talk to you like you lying

Came thru the drive thru was told to park on the side 25 minutes later I had to go in the store and ask for my food. The young black guy asked if I was from the drive thru I said yes and he started laughing. Maybe I missed the joke idk his parents should have done a better job teaching him how to be professional while in an establishment he had long nasty dreads with no hair net on picking over food for one. I asked to speak with the manager and he came out. The manager was most definitely wonderful and I appreciate him for taking care of my order so promptly. But the young black man working there with long dirty dreads needs a lesson in professional when dealing with customers.

Most disgusting experience ever had with a fast food restaurant. Was served a boneless wings meal with a deep fried chicken feather attached to it. Normally don’t care enough to write reviews but this is too nasty. Staff was no help. 0 stars, do not eat here.

Best chicken place in Louisville in my opinion, except I am not a fan of whatever that stuff is they sprinkle all over the fries. The fries are Nasty! I won't eat them at all, even without the sprinkle stuff on them. Just not a fan of their fries, but rest of the food is Fantastic!!

Staff handled our group well.

This store has really turned around and now they are just as wonderful as the other locations. They just charge way too much for Cole slaw!!
