They are always backed up when it comes to doordash.
Constantly making a doordasher wait knowing that we did not get paid any extra to stand there and wait

My husband and I went through the drive through placed our order once we came to the window we received the wrong order. They exchanged our order and gave us the wrong order again. We had to go on with our receipt for the manager Harmony to tell us that she will give us lemon pepper rub to put on tenders that we didn't order. We ordered two lemon pepper meals. She also charged us extra for drinks for no reason. We decided to get our money back then she decides to give us half cash back from our order. The manager was the rudest manager I have ever experienced in the customer service business please do not go to the location on Fern Valley and Preston Highway in Louisville Kentucky.

Visited Nov 2024. Food ordered was fresh friend and super hot. name called at the counter before I could sit down in the dining room. Even the toast was good. Staff was not as cheerful as they could be but not rude. Floors and tables were clean. Restroom too.
Only got 1 sauce for a 4 piece fingers meal but it was so flavorful I didn't eat it all and fries were fully seasoned didn't really need sauce.

Have visited this location multiple times and seems to get a little worse each time. But today was the kicker.... waited almost 30 minutes for 3 salads. The quality of the salads was really poor. There was only 4 small chunks of grilled chicken on mine. While my 2 companions ordered the Asian salad and their egg rolls were ridiculously over fried. Appears they're only concerned with serving the drive-thru. It was well past the lunch rush and there was only 2 other customers in the dining room, so being busy wasn't an issue. Miserable experience overall. Won't be back.
