Visited Nov 2024. Food ordered was fresh friend and super hot. name called at the counter before I could sit down in the dining room. Even the toast was good. Staff was not as cheerful as they could be but not rude. Floors and tables were clean. Restroom too.
Only got 1 sauce for a 4 piece fingers meal but it was so flavorful I didn't eat it all and fries were fully seasoned didn't really need sauce.

Used the drive thru as I typically do. The service was good and the speed of service was great. I ordered a cob salad. It was good but could have had more ingredients.

Have visited this location multiple times and seems to get a little worse each time. But today was the kicker.... waited almost 30 minutes for 3 salads. The quality of the salads was really poor. There was only 4 small chunks of grilled chicken on mine. While my 2 companions ordered the Asian salad and their egg rolls were ridiculously over fried. Appears they're only concerned with serving the drive-thru. It was well past the lunch rush and there was only 2 other customers in the dining room, so being busy wasn't an issue. Miserable experience overall. Won't be back.

Everytime Zaxby's brings back the asian Zalad, it's smaller & costs more! It used to fill me up. Now, I leave hungry!!! I was VERY disappointed ☹️ Previously, I tried one each of the chicken finger tacos. Definitely the worse menu items ever offered! NOT WORTH RETURNING...

I was a walk in and it took me well over 20 min to get my food. Staff was not pleasant.

Zaxby's makes a mean chicken finger, but a recent visit showed a need for this location's front line to get some training. During our last visit we were charged for an additional soda we didn't receive, while getting a plain chicken sandwich, instead of the club (bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes) we had ordered and paid for. That said, their manager was responsive, and immediately made it right. We dined in, and the dining area and restrooms were clean and well maintained. We will revisit, but consider this a reminder to check your orders and receipt before leaving the drive-through.

Food is pretty good, nothing special in my opinion. A lot like Raisin' Canes. The Mr. Beast special is a pretty good deal and is filling. Employees were friendly and attentive.
