This place was super busy in the drive thru, even at off hours, which led to some delay ordering. The food was hot, fresh, and came out quickly considering the short wait to order.

They don't sell fried mushrooms anymore, and their fried chicken sandwich is not as good as Chick-fil-A
Service was good and ever clean place. Lots of parking and Handicap friendly.

My wife picked up a meal in the drive through. My meal was not what she ordered. I wanted a chicken finger meal ended up with nuggets that was not even eatable hard as a rock. The peach tea was not mixed properly and was water and syrup. This not the first time my meal was messed up! I will be going to pop eyes and chick fila from now on.

Went to the drive thru and ordered Zax snacks. Ask for fresh fries considering the meal cost $10 and it isn’t even a full order of fries. The lady at the window argued with me that they were not old fries and refused to make me fresh ones. When I ask for the manager, she said she was the manager. I have never seen such poor customer service or management in all the years I have been in the restaurant industry. Needless to say, I requested a refund and took my business to another restaurant that didn’t mind giving me fresh food that I paid tor! I will NOT be back at this Zaxbys and wouldn’t recommend that you waste your money on mediocre food for the price they are charging!

Worker rang up my order wrong. Had to wait 6 minutes for the correct item. I voiced my concerns that my fries will probably be cold and manager said "oh well, it is what it is" yes I'll probably be back but very unprofessional.

they literally made us wait the last 20 mins until they close just to come out at 10pm saying it would take 15 mins and they’re going to refund us.. my CHiLd was starving and when i told them that they LAUGHED! I can tell she was the manager. They knew they wouldn’t get in trouble for this and nothing will happen! RUN from this location!!!!! I can’t even believe this right now!

Zalad was good, chintzy on Lettuce of all things, charged for a Water, music was WAY TOO LOUD.... And charged for a Dressing. The one in Shelbyville doesn't do that , They aren't chintzy with the Lettuce, and don't charge you for a water or Dressing...

Saturday, August 24 at 9:20 pm I had my worst experience in customer service. I mention the day and time so that the manager knows who the girl in charge of the drive thru was. I sincerely hope they fire her because no one has ever been so rude and poorly educated. If I ever come back I hope I never see such an unpleasant person again.

Today I came to get an order that I had bought online ahead of time, and someone had stolen my order off of the shelf (the placement of the online shelves allows people to steal easily). I was on lunch from work, and had to have the staff make my meal again. They were unhappy to do it, didn’t apologize for the mistake and lacked customer service. For the prices of Zaxby’s food, you would think that you would receive better service.
