Waited forever for my food then they messed up my order and I went back to get it fix and they ignored me. There was no one at the register. The new staff are horrible and Ive been going here for years. Over an 45 mins for some wings.

I went to zaxbys because I wanted my usual fried house salad (which is sooooo delicious by the way). Koby took my order and served me at the window. They were very Diligent when taking my order, and worked efficiently to ensure speedy service. The salad was super delicious as well.

We stopped by here on the way to Louisville to watch a High School Football game. The food is good just seems salty. I have tried them several times buying several different menu items and I still taste a lot of salt. The restaurant decor and ambience was great. The service was up to par.

Went to the one on Mud Lane today and couldn't get waited on. The Girl said they had to get the drive thru orders out first and wouldn't wait on me. A line was forming when I left. That is very bad customer service.
