Me and my friend had went up there through the drive through 25 minutes before they closed and before we could say anything, a woman immediately said they were out of everything multiple times. but there was someone waiting for their food at the drive-through window. They just didn’t want to make anymore food and could have been honest instead of lying. What a horrible experience and we took our Business elsewhere.

I probably only eat here a couple of times a month, but it seems they've fallen into line with a real pet peeve of mine. If I drive to your place of business, come inside and wait in line for a dine in meal, I should not be lowest priority on the totem pole after all your drive thru orders, door dash, whatever. After waiting behind multiple other people that made their orders, when it was my turn, as the last person in line, I was left hanging, while they took care of other stuff. Then they told me multiple times that they'd be with me in a bit. Not sure why they arbitrarily decided to stop taking orders with the guy in front of me, since I was the last counter order, and make me stand around, but after 10 minutes, and still not having even placed an order, I decided to just leave. Why put up with it, when there are far too many other places to eat in this area that have faster and better service? I literally went across the street, ordered and got my food from somewhere else in half the time I stood there at Zaxbys, just waiting to place an order. I'll still eat at Zaxbys just not this one.

The children's meal was fine, no issues, but the salad I purchased was ridiculously expensive and it wasn't fresh, the lettuce was wilted and the cucumbers were also, for the price I paid it definitely should have been something edible!

Pay 12 bucks a zalad I at least expect the order to be right. Only got 1 item and they messed it up. Not rush hour not busy but still not right. Also took forever in drive thru.

I bought two Cobb salads and when I got out to my car, I checked the bag and there was only one salad. I paid for two. I went back in and they tossed together some lettuce and a few pieces of chicken and left off the other ingredients. Rush job. Poor lack of work ethic and concentration.

Had a late night visit on the way home from picking up family from the airport and had a 35 min wait in the drive thru. I'm not sure if this is common late night (2215). But after a long day, you may want to find another place if you are wanting to just get quick service and get home. No one was rude and the food was what you would expect from any Zaxby's. However, the wait, whether it wad a staffing issue or they were cleaning in preparation to close, was not pleasant.

We went for lunch at 2:30. Tables were dirty and employees just standing around instead of cleaning them. It would be nice to go into a place and be able to sit at a clean table, especially when the hour would have allowed for cleaning time since the lunch rush.

I had a good experience at Zaxby's. The food tasted great and so was the atmosphere. I got the 3 piece Zac Snack. The only problem was 2 of my chicken pieces were half the size as the first one. I was disappointed by the quantity given and lack of quality control.

50 Mins for food 2 salads ordered at drive thru 9PM after they had us pull to the side. Store doors locked, phone doesn't get answered, careless without apology.

A girl at the window behaved badly, she doesn't know how to explain and when I asked for a drink she was angry, throwing the glasses aside. She was making fun of me at first and didn't take my order but instead sent me to the window. What bad customer service I received.
