Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I took my daughter, and we tried the cheesecake bites. I highly recommend these. The staff is great.

Did an online order and went through the drive thru for a pickup at 2:40pm the lady over the speaker had an attitude then we pulled around to the window and the gentleman was very nice but when we told we were missing a drink the same female had an attitude

Several customers received their food before mine was ready. I asked them about my order and they said they were waiting on chicken. People after were getting chicken sandwiches and I was waiting on chicken for a salad. Terrible excuse. Lettuce on salad was wilted. I usually like zaxby, but not this one.

Zaxby’s is a restaurant that I seek out whenever I’m in an area that has them. This location had nice staff. On my first order, flatware was not included in my carry out order. It’s difficult to eat sauced food without it. Also, asked for extra seasoning on the fries and I couldn’t notice or taste a difference. Second order, I had problems with ordering on the app. Same fry issue. I purchased additional sauce for which I believed I was purchasing an 8 oz. bottle and received 7 single serve sauces and 1 in the wrong flavor. I dearly love Zaxby’s and it pains me to have to give anything less than 5-stars.

Parking: Ample handicap parking. Easy turns for RVs.

I ordered the boneless wings and things and asked for two Sauces to be on the side. And I did not get any. I believe I even paid extra. I ordered takeout so I now have to use my Chick-fil-A sauce at home. I guess I’ll just go there next time.

I wouldn't know because I ordered my food and they asked me to pull forward and wait as they took care of the 7 cars behind me and when I asked why and for my money back I got to listen about the lady's life as she told her coworkers. I live here on the east end and this is the rudest restaurant in the area. All we ordered was a #2 and wings and things.

Dontt work here was with them 14 or 15 days showed up multiple hours early for my shift every day as I lived 45 mins from this store to make sure I showed up on time was told if I don't want to to close the store and then come back in at 7am to open that I was in the wrong profession I went to take my servsafe my car decided to rip it's belt off in the parking lot of there office off blankenbaker they said oh it's okay we understand took me 3 days to get a new belt for my car put it on showed up for my next shift ended up taking my great grandmother to the hospital whos on her death bed witch is my last family member btw missed one day they call me saying we're going to let you go so I replied with okay so your going to fire becuse my car broke down I fixed it witch you all said was fine then fire me for having a dying family member
