1st time there. LOVED the egg roll and sauce to dip in was fabulous! Will be going back just for them. Had the Asian salad with fried chicken...give it a 5..needed something else on it like ? Green onions...slaw to meat ratio was off/ dressing was good. Savannah @ register was friendly and brightened up the room with her personality. My son was surprised @ how juicy his grilled chicken sandwich was..fries could have been warmer with more seasoning

Wonderful salad. Kids meal chicken strips were great.
Food comes out quickly and hot. We do the survey and get buy 1 get 1 free of the Bug Zax snack pack. This is fries, 3 chicken strips, Texas style toast, and a fountain drink. We save $8.99. Great for those of us on a squeaky tight budget!Vegetarian options: Not a good place for vegetarians. You are able to order a salad without meat. You have French fries and Cole slaw.Parking: Nice amount of parking g that surrounds the building. You don't have to worry about drive through traffic, making it impossible to get in or out.

Clean location with friendly helpful staff. I ordered wings & chicken tender combo and it was great.11/4/2023I just ordered the Philly Crispy Chicken sandwich and it is outstanding. Do yourself a favor and get one. They also have a grilled chicken version.

NOTHING WAS DONE 7 DAYS LATTER SO THAT SHOWS HOW THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR GIVING PEOPLE FOOD POISONING !Beware of this this place this is a very real review ! ! !Updated from last night :I do hope management and owners see this. Because usually we love it here. I would definitely like to speak to store manager/ Owner after eating here tonight.*****( My Husband & My Little Girl is 13 ) started throwing up starting late last night and all morning so far . from that cold hard chicken you all served last night. The only reason I am not sick is because I didn’t eat the chicken after I bit into it !We definitely will not be going back here ever again to this location you all gave them food poisoning because you wanted to be lazy. I also know we was not the only complaint from last night about the food. Which means others are probably sick now too.*****Tonight we got food right at 7:15pm for dinner the chicken was cold and not fresh and sauced completely wrong. The chicken you all served us tonight had to be sitting there for a while. Hard & cold. You could definitely tell the chicken was maid early that evening at least 1 hour a head of time then not kept warm at all & tossed in some sauces & served.We spent ( $ 52.48 ) to eat here last night. Definitely not happy !We ordered it through the app as we was literally pulling into the parking lot & I sent my husband and little girl in to pick it up right after it was ordered. In not even 5 mins you made 3 meals with fries & toast , a 20 piece chicken You all new you did not serve fresh hot food to us & it was done completely wrong.It would have been fine had it at least been warm.Every time I use the app our order usually takes about 10-20 mins to make andWe are totally fine with that & with waiting ! It usually at least warm.Definitely will never be back to this store. Do better ! Think before you serve the food after you make it.

I walked in to your restaurant at 1:30 Sunday afternoon. There were three people behind the counter and no one in front of me. All three people left without acknowledging me so I left too. I won't be back

It took 45 minutes for two classic chicken sandwiches. And my kid got food poisoning from the chicken. I now have a kid Yacking for 24hours and lost a lot of time on the day yesterday. First time at a Zaxby's, also last time.

This is one of the best Zaxby’s locations. To start they are always very thorough with the orders. I have not had an issue with a missing item. This location is also very prompt and quick with their drive thru. They really do a good job getting cars moving. The online ordering is on time, I’ve not had to wait inside to pick up an order, it’s ready when it says it’s going to be. The ownership and management is also great. They really cater to their customers to make sure the food is great quality and their customers have a great experience.
Orders are never right, takes 20+ minutes to get food no matter how busy they are, restaurant is always dirty inside, staff is rude.
