I had the veggie whole grain wrap and the veggies were grilled but cold. I anticipated a warmer sandwich/wrap. There was only one choice of chips so barbecue was it. Coming from a flight, it had to do in a pinch. It was also close to my hotel. It's been a few years, but when me and my friend went it was awesome. I remember the soup being nice and spicy and the sandwiches are fresher than other chains.

This place deserves 0 star’s. Stopped in for some soap and the food was so old it was dry and crusty on the top. The employees said it was just brought out fresh but looked like it was left over from the day before. This was a waist of gas money

I’ve ordered three times in three days! The food was so good and so fresh tasting. Delivery was fast and the owner was super helpful in getting a large order to me 30 minutes before promised.

Four weeks ago we decided to give Zoup a try. Bad decision. Half of our order was missing and incorrect. I called and got through, eventually, to the owner "Paul". He was apologetic, took down my information and said he would credit back for those missing/incorrect items. It's now been 4 weeks after repeated messages. Paying for something and it not being given to you is theft.
Food is good, but the last time I was there they were out of a lot of items that I wanted
