Breakfast order was received as both hash browns burnt beyond recognition, the egg bacon cheese biscuit had no bacon and the egg sausage cheese McGriddle had no egg. On the bright side, other than the cups being sticky, the orange juice was indeed orange juice. Understand it was near the end of the breakfast hours but still

BEWARE!!! Attention customers , franchise owner, and potential workers!!
1) To the customers please don’t waste your time going here. By far the worst service McDonald’s in Louisville. They will mess up your order almost every time. Again, today I had to hand them the bag back tell them “ not my order”. They are priced higher than the other McDonald’s within a 5 mile radius which is either greed by this owner of this location or even worst they don’t care how much they charge over the others right down the street.
2) To franchise owner , I got to briefly meet the manager on duty that was rude and very unprofessional. Told me she was new to that location and that she had been a Shift Manager since 1992 and nothing would be done, if I complain to the Home office about the food always getting mixed up. I thought, it was laughable that someone would brag about being a Shift Manager at 55 or older. I was thinking that’s not a flex “Ms. Mcdonald”. I bet the reason she said it , because it’s true . No one will do anything to her or even talk to her about her attitude. I’m willing to bet her past store turn over rate is through the roof! I watched her yell and belittle the worker right in front of the customers , because they messed up. I really felt sorry for her employees, because some people just can’t quit when being treated poorly. .
3) To any worker that wants a job at this location , I would rethink it. You need to go to any other location , because clearly they have put someone in charge that won’t respect her people that work for her.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I stopped buying coffee from this McDonald’s location years ago. I decided to try again just to see if I had any luck and Nope!!!! I couldn’t be any more displeased with their coffee. It was bad before but now it’s like they aren’t even using any coffee beens at all. I asked for an iced mocha with an extra shot of espresso. What they gave me and charged over $4 for was iced milk. Needless to say I should have just made my own coffee but I was in a rush and hopeful but thanks McDonald’s you ruined my day again. If I was a mean person I’d dump it out on the counter for waiting my time and money. There was a good reason why I stopped getting coffee at a McDonald’s Zero consistency Zero coffee Zero caffeine. Instead I will go to heinie brothers or starlight coffee or coffee crossing. Dennys drip brew is better. Any coffee is better don’t waist your money. I’ve had better coffee in a continental breakfast at a freakin days in. Just plain awful and I feel like I am owed at least $200 for all the coffee I ordered from them and threw out because it was milk.

My drinks are always disgusting. I come here just because it is near by. One time we were waiting for our food and a worker approached us and YELLED at us to ask what we were doing. WAITING FOR OUR FOOD. and then CURSED at us.

They serve cokes that are flat that have been sitting around with ice in them so their watered down with no carbonation. This is the second time so now I get it. Lazy. If you’re soda machines are broken. You need to tell the customer.

I had a cup of coffee and the cream looked spoiled. I took a few sips and my stomach started hurting. Need to change the cream dispenser and add new cream. It's the second time this happened. This problem needs to be addressed.
