I had a cup of coffee and the cream looked spoiled. I took a few sips and my stomach started hurting. Need to change the cream dispenser and add new cream. It's the second time this happened. This problem needs to be addressed.

Service was fine. But it was extremely hot for us. Not to mention it was probably extremely hot for their employees which is a terrible environment for them to work in.

Went at this location at 11pm, when it clearly says they close at midnight. Ordered on the phone. One guy inside, taking care of the trash. He looked at me and went back to take of the trash, didn't even acknowledge me and the other 3 cars in the drive through. Waited a good 10 minutes while he did his business. I guess they don't need our money. đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž

The manager is terrible at hiring good workers and one of the guys who work there says we "Ruined the line" just by accidentally pulling out of the line! They are supposed to ask if it's their order not just give it. And we had to pay for sauces! 1/10, Hate that dude, hope he gets fired.

Very rude!!! Sara is the worst manager !! If that’s what you should even call her. I asked for a number 6 and the guy put the order in wrong. Sara refused to service me even after going into the store to purchase an additional hash brown. This is the worst service ever. I felt discriminated against. I will make sure to take this to a lawyer cause this is not how anyone should be treated !!!

Eat breakfast here a few times a week, last 3 times the egg mcMuffins and Sausage McMuffins have rock hard English muffins. Always get it to go so haven't complained but I imagine they know. Guess it'll save me some money.

Pulled into drive thru, was first to speaker by at least 10 seconds. A car pulled into the other drive thru and was assisted first. When the woman (manager) asked for my order I stated that, " I was in line first and that she served the other car ahead of me and stated they need to be cognizant of that". She replied, "we're not serving you!" And hung up the speaker. This is the general manager. This is how they treat customers? I used no vulgar or profane language. Just stated the facts. I went into the restaurant to speak with the manager and state my concern. When she appeared, and before I could even finish my explanation, she told me they would not serve me and told me to leave the restaurant. Appalling! She should be fired.

Not sure if anyone at the store will even read this, but I only write this bad review because I want to see this location get its act together.

Last night, I made an attempt to order two chocolate milkshakes online, a little over one hour before the store closes. I figured this would be enough time, as I understand ordering anything within 15-30 min of close can be a bother. So I show up a few minutes past the hour, and I am informed that they do not have any shakes (classic). I ask for a refund, and the manager, who clearly wants nothing to do with me, says I need to do it through the app. In the app, however, I am directed to contact the store from which I ordered. I pull back around to the drive thru only for the annoyed manager to tell me he cannot refund me, but then takes my card to issue a “refund” which was really just him charging my card AGAIN, and immediately refunding it. So, because the store manager allows his employees to break down essential aspects of the restaurant an hour before close, I’m now out ten dollars. If there is a GM or anything that sees this, you either need to tell your people to NOT clean things an hour before close, or tell them if they want to make something unavailable, they need to do so on the app as well. It’s not rocket science. Thanks for stealing my money lol

They charge for any size of WATER. Lady was very aggressive about telling us we would have to go back in line and pay for water when we already spent $12 on breakfast. Said it was a franchise thing
 dumb.

Restaurant, does not appear clean. Restaurant had a slight smell and it wasn't the food. Not sure what it was. Not up to McDonald's standards.

We don't usually get fast food, but this day, we were exhausted and decided to grab a bite. 29.00 later, I must say it will probably be a long while before I do it again. 3 quarter pounders, 1 fry, and a chocolate shake should not be that much. I understand the economy and inflation, but to up-charge 3.00 to replace the soda in the meal with a shake is nuts. I might not even be too terribly upset except that the meat was really dried out, minimal condiments, and the toasted bun made for horribly dry sandwiches that we had to force ourselves to eat just so it wouldn't go to waste. Economy or not, I want my frickin juicy burger, not something that came out of the Sahara. Hard pass thanks.

Kid-friendliness: It's not! It's one of the newer ones that is very drab and uninviting, especially for kids. It's built to look like a coffee house.

This McDonald’s is something to be desired! The manager is very rude yelling and screaming at me because I ask her why this location charges $4.02 for a medium hot chocolate and the one across from St. Matthews charges $2.85 for the exact size. She told me they can charge what they want to and for me to go on and see Jesus! Price gouging at its best!!!! I will never go to that McDonald’s again!
Shame on them for price gouging!!!
