“This is such a cute store, they have a ton of different flavors of tea to choose from. I got the Lavender Shortbread and a sleepy tea. Both teas were really fun to drink. I really love the peppermint flavor that's in the sleepy tea! I would love to go back and purchase more.”

“This McDonald's is fast and always gets my complicated orders right. That rarely happens at most stores! I get dinner for my grandkids who don't like pickles and onions and they always get it right. I'm a vegetarian so I order sandwiches without meat and add extra cheese and this store gets it right the first time.Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian and I order big macs and cheeseburgers without the meat and add extra cheese. My daughter and I love them. You do have to check the order to make sure it's right at any McDonald's but some are great about getting it right.”

“Wow, what a great place! My wife and I visited Louisville, and on the recommendation of a local, popped into Mayan Cafe and were completely impressed! The hostess and waitress were extremely nice and even though we came toward the end of the night were very welcoming and never hurried us along. The margarita with mezcal I ordered was perfect, and the dark, romantic room was fun and had a good, buzzy energy. We ordered the sikil pak and both agreed it was the best we've had - great depth of flavor and silky texture, it is a must-try! The scallop ceviche was also great - the scallops were marinated to the perfect texture, the flavors were fresh and bright, and the serving size was generous. My wife ordered the tuna tacos and loved them, raved about them. I ordered the duck with black mole and it was really great - succulent dark duck, confited and served shredded, tasted almost like deeply roasted, juicy pot roast - awesome flavor, but the mole was the star - great compliment to the duck. We split the cochinita pibil and both loved it - the achiote sauce was beautiful to look at and tasted earthy and complex, and the fried plaintains it was served with were nicely tourneed - a cool little touch that added to the fancy vibes of the meal. Even though it is certainly gourmet-level and very interesting food and a great way to experience a different kind of "Mexican" cuisine, and the dishes are crafted with love and look great on the plate, the prices were very fair and not too expensive. We loved Louisville, plan to visit more often, and will definitely be back to Mayan Cafe (to hopefully try the rabbit next time!). Highly recommended.”

“My experience is a bit different...we ordered via GrubHub tonight. We are new to KY & wanted to try Havana Rumba. ALSO, we have never had cuban food before. The restaurant was quick & the GH driver got our order to us just as quick. We opened our bag & found part of our order is missing. I tried to contact the driver but was unable to. So I contacted Havana Rumba. The person that answered was very kind, verified my order & found that the driver had left the second part of my order. She tried contacting the driver but they refused to return & make the delivery right (who did NOT deserve the tip he got). So Havana Rumba rose to the occasion going above & beyond! They apologized for the situation & one of them delivered the missing food to us. Not only was it delicious, but the customer service was beyond exceptional! ? Way to go Havana Rumba, excited to try more from your menu! Can't say the same for GrubHub...”

“Hands down, the best chicken shawarma in Louisville. Would recommend the shawarma fries or the shawarma plate if you're extra hungry. Don't forget to add some Zu sauce to your order. It's very mild on the spice level but adds a nice zing to your meal. The owner is one of the nicest in town as well. Glad to see family run businesses doing well in Louisville.”

“I was here this evening for dinner with friends. We had a great meal, great drinks, and our server was friendly and attentive. The only problem was the dessert which I ordered; sopapillas. These are traditional New Mexican soft, fried, puffed dough pockets, drizzled with honey or covered in cinnamon and sugar. Think small soft donuts. Well, what I got was a hard, flat, fried tortilla, cut into quarters, and covered in cinnamon and sugar. That is NOT any kind of a sopapilla I have ever had at any Mexican restaurant before. It was awful. When I told the server my thoughts on what was served, she argued with me that this was indeed sopapillas. Right. My advise; do not order this usually delightful dessert at Tres Amigos, because you'll get something other than true sopapillas!”

“Great French toast, biscuits and gravy! Where else can you have a Belgian Quad from the tap while you wait also? This was the part of the restaurant that is open 9am till 2pm. There is always a wait on the weekends but worth it.”

“Food is always excellent…a little pricey but the quality & larger portions are well worth the $. They have a covered outdoor dining area as well as spacious indoor seating. They sometimes have live music from local performers which provides an exciting atmosphere. My favorite Cuban Bar & Grill perfect for a night out with dinner, drinks, & fun!”

“A great addition to NULU!I went to Cherry Pickin’ for the first time today and am already looking forward to going back. Sydney the owner was great- as was the staff! They gave me some samples of juices to try and I ultimately decided on the Cherry Picker (it was delicious). As someone who works in NULU and often looks for healthy lunch options, I was excited to learn that they also offer a variety of toasts along with their juices, smoothies and bowls. We have a lot of fish. I know good fish and a good cook and taste. But here the restaurant is really wonderful.
