Had THE worst experience at this Subway!
First she made the wrong sandwich but since she created it behind the screen I did not notice until she brought it out to the veggie area. She did not know what a cold cut combo was. I told her to leave it as us and also ordered a footlong sub of the day which was clearly on the board showing a price of $9.99. When she was ringing me up my boyfriend went to get a drink and all but the Dr. Pepper was working. We wanted Pepsi so we skipped the soda but grabbed a bag of chips. She rang me up for the meal at $9.99 and added $1.67 for the chips. I told her that this was the sub of the day and included chips and a drink. She said she could not give us the meal price because we didn't take a drink! We told her we didn't want Dr. Pepper. She said the $9.99 is for the three items snd since we did not take a drink it did not qualify for the promotion! This was the craziest experience! After 10-15 minutes o arguing with her, I told her to call the manager. When she got on the phone (for some reason she was on FaceTime) she gave me the same BS reason! Finally told her to refund the chips. She took another 15 minutes to do the refund. We walked out with our sandwich and she took the chips back even though they were included in the meal deal. Oh and when I told the manager I would not be returning here, she had no issues! Terrible, terrible place. I will never return to this Subway! They are the worst business I have ever been to!

How can a business remain open, while having the same issues for years? Google says store was open until 9pm on Friday. The door also reflects the 9p close. Walked up at 8:05 pm and the door was locked. An employee who was doing whatever, pointed at her wrist. What did that mean? They still had an hour left. I worked at Subway before. It's the easiest of any restaurant to close. You can literally have everything done and still make sandwiches until 9p and walk out and be done at 9:05. Y'all should really stop giving this place money. Horrible service but it sounds like I may have lucked out based on the quality of food others have received.

Don’t go they are thieves. They show a price on the screen then charge me a different price. I had a coupon and the service was good so I left him a generous (20%) tip but once I left and looked at the receipt I realized I was over charged the full price. I will never go back again and I hope nobody in Lydon supports this store.

worst subway i’ve ever been to. we got 2 footlongs and neither were toasted. there were barely any toppings and they gave us american cheese instead of pepper jack cheese. also got the italian cheese and herb bread and there was like no cheese on it lol?? lazy employees. the foot long cookie is also raw??? DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! go to a different subway in lyndon or even jersey mikes.

Would give one star if possible, as customer service was horrific if at all exemplified. It's one thing to refuse to honor coupons that are VALID, but another thing altogether to hang up on a customer politely attempting to make a valid stand against that.

This place is wayyy to stingy with the ingredients and toppings. I ordered a pizza sub and they gave me 4 slices of pepperoni and that was it. A small sprinkle of cheese and when I asked for veggies they barely added any to it. Beware they will barely give you any food on your sub.

I usually dont have a bad experience with this Subway; the store is advertised to be opened until 9pm online and on the doors of the store. I placed an online order through the app and pre paid through the app. March 6th around 8pm; I arrived at the store at 8:15pm to pick up due to the app giving me a notification that my food was ready. When I arrived the store personel were all driving out of the parking lot and the store was closed. I have made several attempts to get my money back with the manager not being available on days I have tried or they just dont answer the phone most days. I just wish the customer service was important to them.
