I was gonna place an order thru the drive thru, got to the speaker and they said they’d be right with me, next thing I know I get screamed at thru the speaker. I work in customer service and am a shift manager. There is no way I would take my anger out on a customer. They need to train their employees on how not to take someone’s order. I just drove off without any food. It was really uncalled for
I swung through the drive thru today to get dinner. All was well. Food tasted good, staff was friendly, everything was in my order (which is rare these days at any restaurant), I asked for zesty sauce and the cashier said $0.33. Uhm, I just spent money on an order for 4 people and you can't give me any sauce? I find that a bit ridiculous and I also find that corporate is becoming a bit money hungry when you spend money on orders and they want to still charge for sauce. I could...read full review

I have been here before and it’s typically pretty good! But yesterday wasn’t the greatest experience. Me and my family were driving through Madisonville and stopped to get lunch. When you walked in you could tell they were all over the place. The guy taking orders was very confused. Might have been his first day lol.
