I placed a carry out order and got home before I realized I was missing the 10 chicken tenders I ordered and the biscuits that were supposed to come with the family meal. Call the store and they knew right away they'd left the tenders out but argued with me over the biscuits. Finally told me to come get them. I said it would have to be another time because I lived too far away. Picked them up the next night. The stored was not busy but I waited 25 minutes for 10 tenders...
It was loud ..service slow.. always running out of something.. cole slaw.ranch dumplings etc they always run out of what I'd like to eat. How do you run out of chicken and dumplings or ranch dressing ? At 4 pm before dinner rush on a Saturday ?
Hate to say it but CB is going down in quality. Food was almost cold.. Lukewarm at best. The server was nice so I didn’t complain to her, and I didn’t send it back to be nuked in a microwave.. Just won’t go there as often as I normally do.. Plenty of other choices..
