Terrific pizza tonight. I recently ordered Marco’s and remembered why I order from Papa Johns. I miss the consistency of Papa Johns every time I get delivery elsewhere. Thank you.
I ordered pizza today for my daughter to pick up on the way to my house. She has a new baby, so I told her to call when she got there. I thought they had curbside pickup. She called and they said they didn’t do that. When she told them she had a baby in the car they brought it out to her. I don’t know the name of the person, but I thought it was kind of them to do that! Thank you!!!
Excellent customer service! I needed to add some items to a scheduled order for the 4th of July, and the woman I spoke with was fabulous! She patiently answered all of my questions, and was super friendly and professional for someone who had just opened the store on a public holiday. My only regret is that I didn’t get her name so I could shout her out in this review.
