Definitely mom-n-pop shop. Limited staff. Once, we tried to order something, but the person on staff wasn't trained how to cook that meal and explained the usual cook wasn't in that day. So we ordered something else. I doubt they have commercial equipment in the kitchen for bigger restaurants. But if you go in with this in mind and a little patience, you won't be disappointed. We got the birria pizza and it was amazing! I also got the mini pancakes with Nutella and strawberries & they were the best pancakes I’ve had! I also had an açaí bowl & ate the entire thing before leaving their parking lot 🤣
