The Kalst burger was great, and so's the beer. I also tried the whiskey and moonshine, and they've got some good stuff. Not as badly overpriced as most restaurants in national parks, but still a bit spendier than you'll find outside, on the other hand, you can't beat the location.
I'm staying in the park lodge for the weekend and was looking forward to not driving anywhere once I got here and this restaurant was part of that plan. But I'm going to have to go to town for my second night's dinner.

Food and atmosphere were both great! Such a great spot to unwind. After a hike on the trail, it was the perfect lunch spot. We had the fried green tomatoes, cheese curds, and Sweet Chili wings. Delicious.
