Server was 10/10, but the manager was very rude. We didn’t complain about the bad conversations we overheard from EMPLOYEES, but they were quick to throw in our face that we were disturbing others😂😂. Pretty sad they pick and choose who they want there. WILL NOT GET OUR BUSINESS ANYMORE☺

We haven’t been here for awhile but decided to try it again and it definitely confirmed after tonight experience this will be our last visit there. The waitress acted like we were inconveniencing her she was not friendly at all and the kids meal didn’t even get the apple sauce that was suppose to come with nor did she even given us an option for the side. The food was gross the salad has brown slimy rotten lettuce in it. The onionstaws on the food were chewy stale taste. The steak was so chewy and string with fat. The burger was pretty much a frozen hamburger patty with no taste. The chicken tender came out tasting like old oil and also so overcooked it was barely chewable. There was all kinds of food on the ground a butter cup literally spilled on the ground to where any one could have slip on it was just left there.

Good. Was forced to go here because I had bad experiences with this chain. I was wrong about this location. Staff was on top of it. Food came out hot and fast.

I try to stick with positive reviews, so I apologize for this one. The server was friendly. They have a smoking section, I asked to be seated as far away as possible. I didn't smell smoke, I do easily, but I didn't see anyone smoking, either.

We live in FL but are in Maysville several times a year as we have a little house here, too. We've never tried TW because of the smoking. Having been here 2 months we are tired of most everything so we gave it a try, tonight. Their sweet tea was really good and they have complimentary chips & salsa. This visit was an expensive disappointment, though.

I ordered the 6 oz sirloin (I said medium well but only because every medium is always medium rare. I said I don't want it done! I said if they have to mess it up, do so on the Medium side, not done! She said you definitely want pink, YES, I do, lol), baked potato and a salad.

My husband ordered BBQ ribs, Mac n cheese and a baked potato. My salad arrived just swimming in ranch, I poked around trying to pull stuff from the bottom, but it was just crazy. I wish I ordered dressing on the side, but I am used to most places just giving it on the side. I forgot to take a pic of the crazy salad.

Next our food arrived and they had some mango sirloin and a sweet potato. I should have just taken it even though I didn't order it, but she took it back, so I sat and waited while my husband began to eat.

The sauce wasn't really cooked on the ribs. We are used to the sauce being on the table if it's not cooked on the ribs or if it's cooked on the ribs then its glazed and sticky, not just BBQ sauce poured over cooked ribs. He felt it was just way too much cold uncooked sauce. They didn't bring his mac n cheese. We requested it and that arrived as he was finishing up his dinner.

Over 15 mins later my steak and potato arrived. It was truly Well Done, the only more done it could be, would be burned. So I waited all that time for a steak I didn't want or eat and wasn't going to try for a third. My husband was long finished eating.

Without even asking, the manager took ten bucks off, which was a decent effort at good customer service. They should have ditched my portion of the bill. Two bites of salad, a bite of steak and several bites of a cold baked potato with whatever that yellow butter spread is that won't melt.

We were out over 50 bucks with tax and tip and I didn't get to eat. Do better Tumbleweed. Did I ask for the manager? No. That's not me really, but they should have taken into account everything that went wrong, which was everything. Thr puctures reflect what went back uneaten. Hopefully they are usually better, they had a parking lot full so I have to guess this isn't typical. Still, not in a hurry to risk another 50-60 bucks there.

Odds are you will have a better experience, just know if you don't it's a big waste of money if it's not good or is simply mediocre.

Seemed more like it was social hour for the employees. Sitting with customers (family and friends) ignoring the tipping customers. Ask for a receipt and waited and waited still no receipt!!!! The foul language coming from the prep station was unbecoming of this place. Employees constantly checking phones, and still waiting for a receipt. I had to ask 3 times for it

The tumbleweed in Maysville, Kentucky, it isn't quite what the descriptions as as far as restaurant atmosphere, it is below par, the facility has sticky tables. I came around noon on a Saturday. It was pretty dead, maybe 5 couples in the Environment, the wage staff rushed the orders, we were definitely on a timer and they made it feel like that. Once the food came out, it was low-grade Pace pickanosars with an upgraded - of Tabasco in the hot sauce and chips ordered queso as it started a Corona and a painkiller d. Company was the best thing, and I brought that with me next to that. The water was probably triple, filtered, the Corona and the tumbleweed came next seemed as though they were warmed up and then frozen again as far as the Corona, the fresh painkiller was on point, the food came out. It was again by the by the timers, we were pretty much asked for a to go box. Not implied, but a little bit of hovering, and a little bit of pace keeping Wasn't a very comfortable got to upset stomach as soon as I left had a poblano burrito in a carnitas tacos. If you choose to come here and have any additional comments regarding please post. This is only my opinion . I think there is a McDonald's or Burger King down the street. I shouldn't stop there instead.

This is not Tex Mex food, nor “Mexican” food. The salsa tasted like it’s from a jar, the rice was like Rice a Roni from the box. We ordered the steak fajitas & they came out with a glaze like stuff over the meat. How can you get fajitas wrong? The name was very deceiving. I think I will stop by and get an order of chips and salsa on my way home. The coke was good at least ❤️. I was really looking forward to eating here but was sadly disappointed.
