The lady was super rude and when the guy gave me so the lady insulted me and said “what is wrong with you”, I am very offended and this should not be acceptable, especially over some sauce

We were there at 12 noon and the condiment bar was disassembled. Had to go back up to counter to get catsup!

My wife and my four year old son and myself went to eat here tonight. As soon as we walked in one of the workers that was at the register ran to the back to avoid us and the lady that did come to the register yelled at my four year old because he touched a balloon. Needless to say we didn’t eat there. We opted for McDonald’s

Today ordered my sandwich and my wife the French Dip sandwich,no cheese. Checked French dip sandwich laying on top of bag, had sandwich correct, so I got home, dug thru bag,No Au Jus to dip sandwich,what do employees think they call it a DIP SANDWICH, but put nothing in there to dip sandwich in? Hey guys it's not ROCKET SCIENCE,it's called service. Sure I can dig thru the entire bag with a half dozen sandwiches and the wrappers all loose and sandwiches fall apart ,fries falling out of holders ,but all I ask ,is just do your job.

food was okay. kind of smaller than i would expect but you can’t always expect the most out of things like that as far as fast food goes. but my biggest issue was seeing two employees visibly being flirtatious towards each other, which i feel like is something that should be addressed behind closed doors rather than at your public job but decent food meh service.

This Arbys is a waste of your time and money. You’re better off visiting the Pineville location for correct orders and better service. This location has consistently messed up my past three orders and when you reach out to arbys “guest services” they never respond. This place is a joke.

There were several people in the restraint, everybody had to wait 30+ minutes on their food. Most people’s stuff was wrong the first time. I got charged extra because the cash register or
Something messed up my payment. Employees swearing at each other, tossing stuff. One lady had to get a refund because she had to wait 45 minutes for her food and when she got it, it was wrong. My friend that was with me also got his order wrong, and the employee was being hateful when he returned it to get the right thing. I believe in giving breaks when I can because everybody has rough days and mistakes, but the service today was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for.

The food wasn’t freshly prepared and the curly fries were so hard that they could’ve chipped someone’s tooth had they continued to eat their portion.

Went through drive through and ordered a number 1 with potato cakes. Get the order and it did not have the potato cakes. I get out and go inside and explained the issue and was told that if I wanted the potato cakes I would have to buy them again. I will NOT be doing business here again and will also tell friends and family about this experience.
