“I'll keep it short and sweet the food is great my only problem is the same problem another customer that reviewed had we paid with card and the carhop got snooty and I always tip strictly cash and when the carhop gave my wife the receipt she informed my wife very smartly that she only makes 3 dollars a hour and she would appreciate a tip.....I did give her 10 dollars even after the remark but I suggest management addresses this before she starts costing them business for her rudeness-josh”

“Cute as a button restaurant! They serve breakfast and lunch. There is a nice selection of coffees and teas. Seating is indoors in a cozy space with a fireplace or outdoors on the huge wraparound porch. I had their chicken salad sandwich, and my husband had the cheeseburger special. We both loved their homemade chips! We each chose a dessert from the bakery car to-go. We were just passing through and selected this place based on their Google reviews. If the opportunity ever comes up, we'll stop here again.”

“I arranged to have a birthday party here on a Saturday 12/27. We had a room/place all to ourselves. The staff went way above my expectations. They were very prompt at bringing out drinks to about 30 guests, and food was prepared and served hot. This is where all of our parties will be held from now on.”

“Was traveling through Ky and noticed a huge crowd in the drive-thru, so I went inside. They wait was long as it was lunch time and several work crews trying to get a quick bite. They little burgers were good, fresh and hot. The worker folks were very friendly and busting their tails!?”

“Best fast food in town. It's locally owned and cooked fresh. They offer dumplings as a side which are always amazing. Their chicken strips are hand breaded and the potato wedges are right on point.”

“Took my girlfriend to Shades Cafe this evening for her birthday. We both had heard very good things and after our meal we totally agree! Our meals were excellent! She had the New York Strip and I had the grilled chicken. The portions were large and the sides were delicious. She said that the steamed broccoli was the best she has ever eaten. We will be back and we’ll highly recommend to our friends and family.”

I went to get Fresh Pet the 6lb rolls and as usual they only had chicken and no beef and I buy a lot of that type of dog food and the Middlesboro Walmart is out of this food more often than not it would be nice if someone done their job and monitor the products that sells the most and adjust the inventory to the information they find to ensure that the customers continue to shop there I am a Walmart + member and I just would like to see this store start paying attention to the customers wants and needs then I will give a 5 star rating”

“I ear their often food is always good and service however I always eat breakfast and my wife chicken dinner in the past few years I’ve had bad food once and it was my fault I should have told someone but I figured someone might be having a rough day I ate the rest and was content I’m a cancer survivor came to know Jesus so I try to be humble and kind we all make mistakes I do sometimes correct things but with charity lords will I’ll eat their again soon thoughts of an old Ky man”
