“I like eating here a lot. Ive never had a bad experience here until today. I came here today with friends and the cashier, Tami got a bit snappy towards my friend who was ordering. She also forgot drinks for my kids friends, and rang me up for a sandwich instead of a combo. When we commented on this she took our receipt and walked off briefly instesd of getting someone to fix it, and never returned our recepit either. I understand things get busy, from personal experience but a little more care needs to be had when taking orders for dine in.“

“Was traveling through Ky and noticed a huge crowd in the drive-thru, so I went inside. They wait was long as it was lunch time and several work crews trying to get a quick bite. They little burgers were good, fresh and hot. The worker folks were very friendly and busting their tails!?“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“Stopped in and it was super busy. Order taker was nice and we had a large order ( 2 kids and 3 adults). When the food came we were missing my meal. Let them know and had to wait for them to drop the tenders and fry time. Everyone was don't eating when i finally got mine. Forgot my dipping sauce and she was annoyed she had to go back and get it. I don't know why you wouldn't have done a bag check before dropping off the food in the first place.“

“Best Buttery Biscuits ever!!!!!!!!!!! I had a really great experience at Hardee's. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. My order was taken quickly, and everything came out hot and fresh.
The food was exactly what you’d expect from Hardee’s—good portions, great taste, and made right. You can tell the employees actually care about doing a good job, which makes a big difference.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, and overall the atmosphere was comfortable. It’s nice to have a place like this in Harrogate where you can count on consistent service and quality.
