Drove through Hardee’s around 1:30 pm today the person taking order was very polite with a great voice. We ordered two hand breaded chicken sandwiches with extra pickles and a cheeseburger. The chicken on the sandwich’s must have sat more than two hours at a minimum and were cold with a burnt taste the cheeseburger was ice cold I’m not sure if the heat lamp is broken or what and the chicken should be rotated every so often. My experience was horrible! The manager needs to learn to treat her customers better! It’s ridiculous! They screwed up my whole order and charged me for a meal I didn’t order and had to refund me with that and then would fix their mess up! I don’t care how short on help you are take care of your customers or you’ll lose them and won’t have a need for workers! Worst experience ever! You all suck!
