“I have no complaints about the food, service, or atmosphere. Their food is great!! However, to call in a pickup order, I had to talk to a call center person who was very hard to understand. She was nice. But I dont know why I cant just call the store and talk to an employee to order food.”

“We have been to SO many marinas. We’ve eaten and had drinks at each one. We had mozzarella sticks and mushroom Swiss burgers. The burgers were fresh ( not frozen like many others). Our food was piping hot. Easily the best marina food around.”

“Pretzel Bites were really good but they didn’t have any beer cheese so we had to get queso. NY style Pizza was awesome and really cheesy. Service was very good too. Atmosphere is ok, it’s just a big open room with a bar area off to the other side. Definitely would return for more

“I think the new ownership is good for red door, it was improved when I ate there recently. The chicken from my General Tso’s and my roommate’s orange chicken was less overcooked and chewy, and I didn’t encounter any bites of chicken that had gristle or inedible pieces. I usually got curry chicken because it was not breaded or fried chicken but thin strips, and cooked for a while in sauce (and perhaps velveted? Just super soft and good texture) so I didn’t encounter the same problem chicken wise, so I’m glad I can eat more of the menu. The crab Rangoons are still good. The hot and sour soup is definitely better, previously it had a lot of black pepper and it was too much and covered a lot of the taste, but now I don’t have that problem. It’s been a bit now so maybe the new owners have settled in, I liked it! I usually order takeout, so I am unable to really speak to atmosphere, but the lady running the counter was nice and it seemed fine inside. I didn’t want to review previously because I know there’s not really another option unless you drive to middlesboro, and people definitely liked it before! And didn’t seem to have the same issues I had, which is totally fair, tons of people liked it before too. I just think it’s improved personally, and thought I’d throw a positive opinion in there!”

“This location doesn't participate in the rewards program and has a limited menu because its on campus at LMU. The food was excellent fries were hot and the meal was accurate.”

“By far the best breakfast in town. Tazewell could use double drive thru like Harrogate just got. I'm from Maynardville and drive through to take care of my parents multiple times a week. I pass about 4 Hardee's on my way. Even though I wait for Maynardville, I have to say I hit Tazewell for dinner sometimes and MAN ALIVE it is some good charbroiled burgers. I grew up on Hardee's so I'm so glad it's coming back around! Great job to whoever is turning this brand around.”

“I have visited 15 States and tried BBQ pulled pork in them all and Haymaker bbq Tn has the best I have ever tasted. This includes pulled pork from Texas! Well Done!”
