Great food and very nice people!!
Good overall.👍
I have no complaints about the food, service, or atmosphere. Their food is great!! However, to call in a pickup order, I had to talk to a call center person who was very hard to understand. She was nice. But I dont know why I cant just call the store and talk to an employee to order food.

Papa John's Pizza is a restaurant with mixed reviews. Some customers have reported issues with their orders, such as uneven sauce distribution and lack of toppings, leading to disappointment and a sense of not getting their money's worth. On the other hand, the New Tazewell, TN location has received high praise for its exceptional service, with staff members like Dave and Mike going above and beyond to resolve issues and provide a positive experience. The restaurant's professionalism and patience under pressure have earned it a loyal customer base, with some customers stating it has the best food and service in town.
