This papa John's in New Tazewell TN is amazing! I had a slight issue a few days ago, and Mr Dave & Mr.Mike went way out of the way to make things right. You just don't get service like this anymore. I appreciate yall so very much. Papa John's has the best food & definitely the best service in town!!!! 10 stars!!!?

I want to give Dave Silar the biggest shout out for his professionalism and patience under pressure during the Sunday night slam at PJ's. We arrived to a really be busy scene to pickup an order we had called in and watched the staff working through the chaos calmly and professionally. One customer ahead of us had made all sorts of special requests and was being a complete jerk over Canadian bacon vs "regular" bacon. Dave remade the pizza quickly and despite the continued disrespect of the irate customer said, "I appreciate you" as they left. I really admire that level of patience and professionalism and will always insist we take out pizza when we visit Taxewell at Papa John's. Kudos to you Dave and Papa Johns Taxewell!
We were big fans of dominos for years but started trying this Papa John's and now perfer it. We have big pizza eaters in our house and they all love it. Staff is always wonderful and their food is great!

My family has been enjoying the New York style cheese pizza that Papa John’s serves. It is very good is the best pizza in this entire town where I live in a small town. There’s one thing they need to do is be consistent with their their New York style pizza. I’m originally from NYC so I do know a NYC pizza, It should always be very thin not thick like we’ve been getting lately. Most times they get it right! The pizza itself is Delicious absolutely delicious! Honestly try there pizza i promise its so delicious!!!! The employees at Papa John’s and there drivers as well listen to there customers and are respectful, no complaints. TYVM

I gave it a 3 star I do love eating papa johns pizza I ordered two of the pizza Bolls I saw they were $7.99 for one boll they charged me almost $30 for two pizza bow all it is is toppings I'm OK with but they don't fill the bows up just a layer of the toppings down in the boll it should have coasted me $15.98 for two
