“I thought that place wasn't big enough for dine-in, but there's plenty of room. Chairs, tables, restrooms. Don't know if the restrooms were clean or not , because we went in and placed a carry out order. The employee that greeted us, answered any questions that I had. The only problem I had was that our chips from the nacho platter I got was soggy and so was the tortilla from the burrito that I ordered“
“Nice place with great service. There was no wait at 6:30. The menu is 4 pages long so it took us a few minutes to decide what we wanted. I had the Nachos Supreme and my husband got a ribeye. The nachos had ground beef and shredded turkey and beans, lettuce, tomato and cheese. They were delicious!! My husband's steak was a little over cooked but he said the flavor was good. We got a bowl of queso dip also and our bill was just under $30.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to enter the restaurant and none inside also.“
“A trip to Pelancho's requires a very healthy appetite! Come hungry and expect to leave full. Their portions are generous and the food is good. Don't expect true Tex-Mex spicy for it's been toned down. The salsa is excellent, but doesn't have the heat that I prefer. The Pelanchos cheese dip is also excellent.“
“I Had two experiences one of which wasn't very good. but the new General Manager of the Store Made everything better. This Man truly cares about his position as a Manager and Corporate should really Recognize that. They also need to help this store with the technical issues they are having with equipment. If you expect your Management and employees to work the way I know you do then you need to do everything in your power to help make that easier for them. Especially having a manager that just took this store over.I truly hope that you get all your employee issues figured out and that will stop some of the issues we had before speaking with you.I would like to offer my Google certified 360 Photography services to the owners. “Just passing through and stopped in. SO glad we did! The typical chips and salsa came - not typical at all! The chips were freshly made and delicious by themselves. The salsa? Well, you guys need to just have a taste for yourselves! I ordered a tamale, a birria taco, and a suadero taco. Man, oh man!! When I finished all three of those, I ordered 2 more suadero tacos! There aren't many places I've found that make tamales so FULL of meat. Oh! The guacamole! It was fresh and so very refreshing! The service was fast, efficient, and very friendly. We will most definitely be stopping here again when we're traveling down this way. And I just can't wait!Parking: We were pulling a boat and had no difficulties getting in, turning around, parking, and getting out.“
