Small, homey restaurant, a rare jewel of a find. The people there are volunteers, who serve with joy and gladness to raise money for the schools associated with their church. They people were wonderful, the food delicious (including fresh baked cookies which were to die for), and the ambience fantastic. What more could one want? Would totally come back here over and over if I lived nearby!
Evelyn was our waitress and she was marvelous.My daughter ordered the Caesar salad and said it was delicious. I ordered the Garden of Eden salad and it was also terrific. Every ingredient was fresh and crisp. The restaurant is very, very clean which I always check out anywhere we go. Oh, I forgot we both got the fried potato salad. Delicious! Very fast service! By the time you're seated, a server is already pouring a cup of water or asking you if you want coffee. It's definitely an in and out place. I enjoyed their coffee and omelette. It was good buck for your money. Big portions. Think of old times diners.
