Never is it okay to disregard what someone orders. There’s a reason people don’t want certain items on their burger. My husband is allergic to mustard and ketchup. The manager acted all up on his high horse like he didn’t want to fix it. Tired of the attitude when it’s literally their job!!! GROW UP

I made a door dash order tonight and I called in for my hamburger to be well done extra pickle and the man was very sweet and took my customized order and when I got the order it was just the way I like it ! Thanks again BK !

Just in case they need clarity for future visits by people with legitimate service dogs. No problem with any of the staff just some misunderstanding of ADA rules and regulations according to the person speaking on behalf of burger king they have policies that goes against ADA rules hoping it's a misunderstanding and not a actual policy for this store

I went through the drive thru and asked for the How To Train Your Dragon Meal, the lady didn’t even know what it is and she works there…plus she didn’t even add the entire meal. Get better employees.

The middlesboro Ky Burger King: The service was great. The employees were nice and polite. The food time was great, and the food and drinks were fixed right. The restaurant was clean. also, the women's restroom was clean. 5 Stars 🌟

Food is fine when you get what you order.
The boss and her kids act like spoiled brats who run the store like a clubhouse. The kitchen has to pick up the slack while they sit in the office on their phones.

We placed an online order at about 1:25 pm and the app said our order would be ready approximately 1:30. We were there at that time, and informed them we had an online order. They didn't even start the order until 1:40 and it took about 5 more minutes to get our order. The counter person was nice, not sure why it took so long to get the order, as other customers who placed their orders after us at the register got their orders before us. We were with another couple who ordered at the register after we got there and they ended up having to eat without us. The buns on the whoppers fell apart like they were stale. Fries were fresh.
Parking: Not their fault, but plan on turning right out of the parking lot and making a u-turn if you need to turn left. Traffic is crazy most of the day

Very good experience and food. They were a bit understaffed. Had a bit of a wait with only one person in front of me and only one staff working both the window and front register.
