It's suitable on a budget. They mess up otders fairly often. I wouldn't customize your burger.

I like eating here a lot. Ive never had a bad experience here until today. I came here today with friends and the cashier, Tami got a bit snappy towards my friend who was ordering. She also forgot drinks for my kids friends, and rang me up for a sandwich instead of a combo. When we commented on this she took our receipt and walked off briefly instesd of getting someone to fix it, and never returned our recepit either. I understand things get busy, from personal experience but a little more care needs to be had when taking orders for dine in.

Stopped in here on a Thursday night around 8pm. I hadn't eaten at any Burger King in about 15 years. Upon walking Inside it had a clean modern feel. The restaurant was clean. I always go into a fast food restaurant to wash my hands before placing my food order. Anyways, the employee was very sweet & patient I ordered a meal 1 whopper no cheese,NO UPSIZE for the fries or drinks medium or large. Paid got the ticket, used the small drink and filled it with Dr. Pepper. My number was called to pick up the whopper & small fries. It was a delicious burger. Fresh tomato lettuce, etc. The fries had just came up from the fryer super hot. Actually had to wait a few seconds for their frys to cool.an thats not a bad thing. If I ever go back I will choose #4 mini whopper instead. So 5 stars.

i was waiting for my food which was not a long wait at all. A lady and man walk in order food and the woman on register who was new you can tell. I heard her get yelled at in front of another customer by her manager Wendy. The woman on register also to to be mean looked pregnant and being yelled at like that made me not want to come back ever and the other customer even said she didn’t have to be rude (talking to the new woman). The food was great the service from the pregnant woman was fantastic but that Manager she’s the reason I won’t come back that attitude toward a coworker is unacceptable.

Visited this location on the anniversary of September 11th, and they denied by military discount because I used a coupon. Seemed unpatriotic in view of the day, and bad timing, but I said nothing as it's their policy apparently. The food wasn't anything great, so I won't be back.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this establishment. Out of the 8–10 times I’ve eaten here, I don’t think I’ve ever received my full order correctly on the first try. On my most recent visit, I was missing multiple items. After going back in once to have part of the order corrected, I gave up on the rest and settled for what I had.
To make matters worse, halfway through my burger I found a long black hair in it—something that has happened here before. Neither I nor my girlfriend have black hair, so this was clearly a kitchen issue.
Between the consistently incorrect orders and repeated issues with food safety, I’m left disappointed and dissatisfied. My $30 meal ended up being essentially inedible, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for food going forward.

Never is it okay to disregard what someone orders. There’s a reason people don’t want certain items on their burger. My husband is allergic to mustard and ketchup. The manager acted all up on his high horse like he didn’t want to fix it. Tired of the attitude when it’s literally their job!!! GROW UP
