The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I watched them close 10 minutes early tonight. I got in and out but they had to unlock the door to let me out. Then I watched a customer approach the door and realize it was locked and could hear him across the parking lot say so. I feel for the employees, I know you wanna go home, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when a business closes earlier than their advertised hours. 10 minutes is 10 minutes. This is not good business. This decreases the public's trust in you.

I had a grilled chicken salad which in the past had been great in my opinion. The salad they serve now only has two vegetables, lettuce and cherry tomatoes. It came with a boiled egg, shredded cheese and croutons. I couldn’t believe the quality had gone down that bad. Never again.

This was our first visit to a Cracker Barrel and was a lot of fun. The general store was loaded with so much stuff. We didn't buy anything, but had a great time looking. My wife and I both had chicken for dinner which was good. Waiter was great, too.

The Sunday Chicken dinner is so good and there is a lot. There are two breasts so we usually eat one and take the other to go. Pinto beans are also some of the best restaurant beans available anywhere.

WE love our Cracker Barrel's!! When we are visiting an area if there is a Cracker Barrel around we will find it. The service was friendly and food hot and just as we ordered. The ladies room was super clean!! If this restaurant is short handed like so many others, we certainly couldn't tell. Everything was A+!!

The hostess and wait staff were both very friendly. The food was hot when it came to the table. It just took a long time for the food to arrive.

There was nobody at the hostess stand. An employee walked by but said she wasn't the hostess. Hostess showed up and seated us but nobody came to wait on us. After about 5 minutes we walked out as the waitress was busy bussing tables and not taking orders. We saw other diners sitting around waiting. Also saw a manager just standing around instead of helping out. If you don't have enough staff you should close.

After moving here from out of state My husband and I came here for the first time on Wednesday to check out the produce and the meat and we were both thoroughly impressed ! The store was very clean , the prices totally reasonable and all the employees were very kind and friendly ! I highly recommend this store !
There are not a lot of dining options in Middlesboro but Cracker Barrel is a good solid choice. They have the standard Cracker Barrel food at good prices and with good service. Get on their wait list online.
