Hanna, was great. Such great service

Our waitress was great. Our table was small but clean. The problem was the food. Chicken tenders were over cooked and dry. Mashed potatoes were cold and gooey. Fried chicken was old reheated, soggy on the outside and dry on the inside. I regret we paid for it.

Me and my daughter had the campfire meals and they both were delicious!!! Very big portions and cooked to perfection! We finished our meal off with a s’mores skillet… AMAZING 🤩

The one in middlesboro you would get enough food to take home when you had some left but NOW they are taking alot of stuff AWAY form your plate if you got breakfast say country boy breakfast well IT DID COME WITH 2 eggs, gravy, apples, steak, OR HAM, grits, hashbrown casserole, and biscuits now you get 2 eggs, gravy, biscuits, AND a steak, or ham and a dinner meal your sides well not enough to feed a kid so yea

The food is average at best, Hardee's is low-key better. The service was good enough, but as they try to modernize they are kinda ruining the only good thing about cracker barrel.

Out of many common things for dinner. I received 2 tablespoons worth of green beans for my side along with a tiny shriveled up burnt baked potato that even the waitress said it wasn’t a good one as she set it down lol. Husband’s chicken and Dumplins were dried out as of they scraped the leftover crust off the sides of the pan.

I was there on 2-9-25…. I got the maple bacon grilled chicken and it was burnt!! I was so disappointed that I could not eat my food 🙁

The food my husband ordered was very good portion flavor everything we did have to wait for our food for about 40 minutes, but his was good. I ordered the fish and it was the worst food I’ve ever ate Cracker Barrel I did tell the waitress but she just said she was sorry. I was very disappointed.

Ordered breakfast my eggs were way over cooked the bacon was still raw sent the bacon back they put it in a deep fryer and cooked to the point you couldn't eat it worst breakfast I've ever had. Not going back to middlesboro ky cracker barrel
