I ORDERED 2 BLIZZARDS ON THE APP AND THIS BEING THE 2ND ORDER THEY DID NOT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED AVAIBLE AT THIS LOCATION AND THE MANAGER REFUSED A REFUND ANS WOULD NOT EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO GET A REFUND AND I USED A 50% OFF ORDER REWARD IN THE APP THAT I HAVE NOW LOST DUE TO THIS. I ATTEMPTED TO CALL CORPRATE AND AFTER 7 MINUTES DID NOT GET AN ANSWER!!!! THIS LOCATION HAS BASICALLY STOLEN $5.29 FROM ME AND REFUSED TO HELP IN ANY WAY AND THREW AWAY THE ONLY BLIZZARD THEY HAD IN STOCK AWAY RIGHT INFRONT OF ME WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND I WOULD LIKE CORPRATE TO CONTACT ME IN REGARDS TO THIS

Stopped here to eat before going to the movies, food was barely warm, cheese curds were hot but soggy, fries had been sitting a while you could tell. So $30+ for Luke warm burgers and kids chicken strip meal was bit ridiculous. Don’t recommend at all

Middlesboro Ky DQ totally the worst place to eat Period! No service , Food is frozen and then Microwave to much! I went this morning for Breakfast couldn’t even get waited on after 10 mins I just left. Not a customer in the whole building and drive Thur had two cars. This was at 7:50 am one lady working drive Thur and one cooking. It’s really Sad as this use to be the Best Breakfast place in town. .02

I ordered a pancake platter. Did not receive pancakes. The hash brown was burnt and loaded with grease. The girl at the window was not friendly. I even asked to make sure I was receiving the pancakes . And she acted like it was a crime for me to ask. Terrible service

Awful experience. Customer service 1/10 will not be back. The girl working the front counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. She gave lots of attitude when I was asking questions. This place needs to work on employee customer service Because they are not friendly AT ALL

It’s not worth the wait. Had to wait 30 minutes plus for an order for two items.

The staff were not friendly at all. All I ordered was a 3 piece chicken strip meal with an extra gravy. I didn't want the sundae and they made a big deal out of it. Then I drive 15 minutes home and my meal had no bread, the chicken strips looked like they had been eaten and there were barely any fries.... I'll never go back.

Reina lechera de Middlesboro. Los grandes placeres de la vida. Las ventiscas son tan deliciosas. Sándwiches de pescado. El servicio al cliente es el mejor. Batidos de chocolate. Los batidos malteados son como el paraíso. Dairy Queen está limpio. Deditos de pollo. Brian O'Brian y WRIL me contaron todo sobre este lugar. Lleva un pastel a casa para mamá. Helado de piña.

Got a peanut butter shake and vanilla shake.Peanut butter shake had very little peanut butter. Not good.

Cold food, wrong order, workers laughing so hard in the background they had to ask me 4 times what my order was and they still got it wrong. I won't be back.
