A woman called Kendra at this store tells boys who come in very vulgar things about herself she followed around my husband at work and was openly telling him about how when she gave birth she got a husband stitch to make that area “tighter” that’s very vulgar to say at a place my family and children eat at and I don’t wanna hear it anymore !!!

Their drive thru is slow…. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins… not one time did they come to the window…. And the lady doing the box was rude on top of it….. I will never go back there….

Traditional Hardee's location. This Middlesboro, Kentucky location doesn't appear to have been remodeled nor updated recently. This location is still the "old-school " look and feel. There is some cool "retro" Hardee's pictures and art work in the dining room. The dining room and facilities are clean and well maintained. I am a frequent guest at a nearby hotel and this Hardee's location is extremely convenient. I have visited this location on several occasions and my experience is generally consistent. My recent visit was to order the chicken tenders platter, which is my favorite Hardee's meal. I would highly recommend the Honey mustard dipping sauce if you choose the chicken tenders. Generally, I can order and take my food to go very quickly. Plenty of parking. Location does have drive thru service. Hardee's is conveniently located on the main highway (25E), near 84 Lumber and across the highway from Walmart.

Very impressed with the spin this restaurant gives to fast food. All In all the food is fresh, and the staff is generally friendly. Watching hold times will ensure the freshest food, which occasionally they miss the mark on. Cleanliness of the dining room is also an opportunity, with tables sometimes having a greasy leftover residue. At peak times they should consider adding a dining room specialist that ensures clean tables, floors, and makes contact with the patrons to ensure they are satisfied. I have wrote reviews many times on this Middlesboro, Ky Hardees but nothing changes, I like this place and try to eat here alot mostly lunch because when I want breakfast gravy and biscuits I have to go to Hardee's in Harogate,Tn because the person that mixes the gravy here at Middlesboro doesn't do so good . Hardee's in Harrogate is always great and there is enough to cover a biscuit, Midflesboro's is never mixed always has big clumps and maybe only half enough to cover a biscuit .I just hate to have to go to Harrogate to get gravy. And the customer at Middlesboro is always blocking the drive through causing others to not be able to get around because the drive though people are now blocking the drive around lane because they are to lazy to park in a parking area thinking they are special that leaves the the working people can't get around !!!
Parking: Customers that believe they are more special than the rest of us always blocking the drive through cause those customers to block the drive around !!!
