45 minutes in drive thru is absolutely ridiculous!! This place sucks! The food was at least hot but I ordered a ham and cheese and it looked like it had been sat on by an elephant it was so smashed!!

Me and my papaw get the cinnamon raisin biscuits all the time and that’s the one thing we enjoy. They were stale and had the smallest amount of icing I’ve ever seen! Absolutely ridiculous! Very dissatisfied.

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a classic spicy chicken, the guy got my order wrong twice while ordering, (kept trying to give me the Nashville hot chicken sandwich) they bring out a bag, after about 20 minutes only to find out it wasn’t my order, told him once again what my order was and he goes back in, then about 10 minutes later he comes back out to ask what my order was, again! Finally he comes back out with my bag, I open the bag and it’s not what I ordered, I was gonna eat it anyway since I was there altogether about 40 minutes, thankfully I was curious about the sandwich and I took the bun off and there was a long hair in bedded into the chicken.

I really can’t speak to whether the food is any good because we never got the chance to order. We stood at the counter for five minutes without so much as a hello from anyone — including the employee sitting there on break.
What we did have plenty of time for was noticing how dirty and unkempt the store was. That alone was enough for us to decide to leave. My thought is simple: if they’re comfortable showing that level of dirt and neglect in the front of the house, I can only imagine how bad things are in the back where customers can’t see.
Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Always get treated awesome. I was surprised to see breakfast stop at 12 instead of 2, but it's always worth a trip to Hardee's for a super sausage bisquit. The staff rock!!!

A woman called Kendra at this store tells boys who come in very vulgar things about herself she followed around my husband at work and was openly telling him about how when she gave birth she got a husband stitch to make that area “tighter” that’s very vulgar to say at a place my family and children eat at and I don’t wanna hear it anymore !!!
